(- The Quran uses "Masjid Haram" primarily to identify it as a "Qibla" (focal point), and that we should turn our faces towards it wherever we may be. )
1 Could the "Masjid Harram" be the parlimentary body and the "Bayat Harram" house of parliment (institute)were the Parlimentary body sits.
Bayat haram (house of parliment) is the kaba (base) were the Masjid Harram (parlimentary body) sit which in turn makes it the belivers QIBLA (focal point) to turn look towards for guiadance were ever we are.
