Since the verse does not specify the name of the messenger who are you referring to when you say He? Also how do you follow him?

When any ayat starts with a command SAY!, who does it refer to is your question at this point. If the Book is for you to recite and rehearse - the word or command SAY! refer to whom ?
If you answer this, then look around if there are Messengers, who Allah says have been sent to all the capitals (mother of cities ) and to every nation and to all the people of all languages - if you are sure you are not yet the one who follow Allah's Command!! I am looking around me if Allah had sent the Messenger to my cities and who speaks my language.
Allah also says the names of some messengers are mentioned in the Book; but the most of them are not mentioned because it cannot be mentioned since they keep arriving till the qiamah.

My posting was intended for asking within ourselves If there are mumins existing within our sights who follow 9 24. If so, he is definitely a Sign from Allah, for the world to see that a human could practise in Allah's Way; that he will be placed on top of the world for the others to follow. I will Follow him who lives an ayat of Allah as The Messenger of today Follow what Allah says!

What do you mean 'if you are sure you are not yet the one who follow Allah's Command!!' If I am to look around and find one who I believe is Gods messenger then I am not following Gods command? Or if it was a typo my answer is that I believe the word messenger is used literally and figuratively. I hold that the messenger also alludes to our conscience, so rather than look outside for what I already have, I venture inwards and pull myself to obey my conscience.
We are told through out the Quran to patiently bear through all, and that God is with those who patiently wait. As for now I do feel unsure about meeting a physical messenger. So I will bear through with a good patience, what man sees as far way God see as near. However I do feel that we all can be a messenger and probably have been/still are at some time, whenever we commit an selfless act the actions speak and testify righteousness.

I do not believe a name is a way to identify a messenger. There is over a million Muhammad's inhabiting earth. I think the Quran shows us a messenger can be known through their actions just as the hypocrites can. In chapter 26 the messengers command righteousness and ask of no reward from us (26127, 145, 164, 180). This could allow us to 'spot' a messenger.
btw is qiamah judgment day? What verse states they will keep arriving till qiamah?

Yes! You are right! The Command is only to him who shall be ' Receiving the Message ', "Al Wahy" as He is 'dikr'ing over the verse; and not to those who read and 'dictionary'ing the words and who as a result is wandering wildly bewildered without AL WAHY, the Guidance.

Ohhh, I now see what you are speaking about. If communities are still destroyed today then that is the proof its self that the messenger(s) are among us. Correct?
