Quran inside the creation

I know that was a lot of discussion on this topic and it exists many theories. But i would like to ask the people here Is the Quran inside the creation or not??
I think the Quran is created. Only God stays outside His creation. The word from God (Quran) is also a creation in a special language, that we humans can understand it.

why my question?? I read yesterday or before i didn't remember where exactly, that one member said, that in his opinion, the Quran is not created.

"The Mu'tazila said, 'Allah's speech is created, invented, and brought into being.' The Hashawiyyah who attributed body to Allah said, 'The Alphabetical characters (al Huroof Al Muqatta'a), the materials upon which they are written, the colors by which they are written, and all that is between the two covers (of the volumes of Qur'aan), is beginningless and preternal (qadima azaliyya). Al-'Ashari took the middle rode between them and stated, 'The Qur'an is Allah's beginningless speech, unchanged, uncreated, not of recent origin and time, nor brought into being. As for the aphabetical characters, the materials, the colours, the voices, the elements that are subject to limitations (al Mahdudaat), and all that is subject to modality (Al Mukayyafaat) in the world - all this is created, brought into being, and invented."

so for me the Quran is the word of God but created- as Jesus Word of God and created.
