I'm new as well and I wish I had your patience...I recently found this pure deen from a sunni background...just a few days ago. I couldn't hold it in, I told a lot of people already! It was hard explaining to my best friend though and she still thinks I'm missing out by forgoing hadith..sigh. But anyways I share your experience and thoughts and I too, as well plan on keeping an open mind until I finish readin the Quran. but so far I ain't going anywhere except la ilaha ila Allah.
