Hawkninetynine, Youssef, and Bender, thank you all for providing me those verses, I think I get it now; God can communicate with us through any of three ways He listed, but we shouldn't waste our time on wondering why He chose the particular mean of communicating He has chosen, but focus and understand what is being communicated instead.

    In reply to Bender

You are right about me, I was searching for an internal answer from the Quran.

And don't worry, I didn't take your saying of AhlulKitab in a bad way, though at first I was confused and a bit offended, later I realized what you mean ) So no worries

The number is something random I got off the internet.

Why create humans 200,000 years ago and only start supplying guidance very recently?

Were you there 200.000 and on since then to know that there was noguidance until very recently?

On the other hand, you should offer your help to God to distribute books, then he might explain Himself why he wouldn't make you distributor or instead make you distributor.

Going back to Fallen Angel, not everybody can receive a message from God directly or even through an angel. We all get messages from God from behind a lot of veils, because we do not have the capacity to receive anyway else. See what it says in in the aya 4.153 quoted by Bender. -we would die, I do not know whether of infarctus or of what if we saw God with one less veil from what we see Him each of us. The Prophets are chosen because they can receive messages without being overpowered by them. They can handle them. We all of us get our measure of God. That is why there is such a long way to return to Him, that is why we ask in the fatiha to return to him by the ascendant path, so that we are spared some of the travails of the return to Him. Prophet do get the shortest way.

        Salaam

...why did God use a messenger to give us the Quran...He could have just send down the book as a whole...

1793 ...And we will not believe in your ascension unless you bring for us a record that we can study." Say "Glory be to my Lord. Am I anything other than a human messenger!"
1794 And what stopped the people from believing when the guidance came to them, except that they said "Has God sent a human messenger"
1795 Say "If the Earth had Angels walking about in security, We would have sent down to them from heaven an Angel as a messenger."

fyi, a record that we can study = book

              ...without any median...

No one can answer this question. But here are some logical reasons
-God doesn't break his own laws. In order for a book to appear, the law of conservation of energy would be broken
-blah blah blah, list can go on.... i have atleast another reason i can think of, but too lazy to explain it

If you are asking all them questions you might as well add

                Why are we being tested?

Not really. Your question is a fundamental one, mine are about processes in the transmission methodology.

                  Salaam StopS,

                  I think you do

Writing this without anything else is a bit thin, don't you think?

Why? If it was you then maybe you would be right, depends on you from where you want your information. But because it's Fallen Angel I am pretty sure that that is not the case, he (Fallen Angel) can proof me wrong if I am wrong about him. I think he is searching for internal answer, at least that is what I hope he was searchinhg for.

I am questioning the validity of circular argumentation. If you are only "pretty sure" or you "hope" why comment? Are you providing an answer to my question? If yes, sorry, I don't see it.

So much assumtiopns in your question. Please, before you ask a question, make sure the question is not based on assumption, that means based on something outside what the Quran teaches. If this was a sunni forum then the questions would be ok, but this is a Quran ONLY forum. So most of your questions don't make sense on this forum.

I am bad in english and in writing, so sorry if my tone and english sounds offended/brutal.

                  Salaam,
                  Bender

Not really. My only assumption is that a book called Koran exists and that it is claimed that it was transmitted bit by bit from a god to an angel to a human to several humans to scribes into a book. That's all.

If your English is not so good that is none of your fault. But I would suggest if you don't understand something that you ask and not assert.

                    Peace Stop S,

To reinerate my point to you and others like you is for you to go to the source (Allah and his books)
for the answers to your questions, therein lies your answers. Have you noticed that you keep repeating
the same questions over and over again and coming to the same conclusions?

READ QURAN! Afterwards you may not be satisfied with the answers, but at least you will get the
                    answers from the source.

You never answered this question that I asked you
Are there some questions that have no answer?

                    Short list

What happened before the big bang?

What did the big bang bang into?

                    Where did nothing come from?

                    Where did God come from?

on and on and on and on.

                    Peace O0

Since I don't usually skip anything, I must have missed this question. My mistake, sorry.

Yes, there are 1000s of questions which humans currently have no answers to.

                      Short list

What happened before the big bang?

What did the big bang bang into?

                      Where did nothing come from?

                      Where did God come from?

on and on and on and on.

                      Peace O0

Ooops, what does this have to do with religion? Are these relevant to anything?

If a model we have of the Big Bang is correct, time along with the forces in the Universe appeared with the Big Bang itself. This means there is no before, making this question nonsensical. So even if we don't have a precise answer, this does not mean the automatic alternative is a god.

What happened? Well, we have a good understanding of the events very close to t=0. We know what started and what became of what and since we now have a Higg's boson we know the Higg's field exists and supplies matter with mass. So even if we don't have a precise answer, this does not mean the automatic alternative is a god.

What nothing? You need to define what you mean by that. Judging from the quality of the other questions I suppose this is supposed to refer to the favourite misconception of "a Universe from nothing". Since I am not an astrophysicist I suggest you ask Neil deGrasse Tyson about this. He has various books about this available, plus numerous lectures.

My personal opinion on the origin of god? God is a human concept of a greater power required to a. set everything in motion, b. serve as a superior creator and comforter and c. a higher instance of justice

So if I don't have correct answers, let's stick to the one on religious matters what is your opinion on where god came from? Not the standard reply provided in the Koran, but your thought of the beginning.
Was there ever a time without a god or is god the spiritual "Big Bang"?

                              OK, I get it.

You asked me some questions. So what does the Koran say about them?
                              Where did nothing come from?
                              Where did God come from?
                              There is no answer.
The Koran does not specify where Allah came from, side-steps the issue and does not mention "nothing" or where this "nothing" came from.
The Koran does not mention the Big Bang or what was before the Big Bang. So what do I do now?

Who are "others like me"? What is "like me"? Can you be more clear and precise?

My point is Read Quran if you want to know what Islam is. The point of the questions is that the answers
are based on conjecture. "Others like you" refer to those who prefer conjecture over guidance. The Quran
is the revelation of guidance towards salvation. If that is your aim study it, if that is not your aim
                                continue to enjoy philosophical debates.

                                  Salamun Alaykum,

I was just wondering, the Quran at several places mentions how it is clear, and fully explained, and easy etc. then why did God use a messenger to give us the Quran, I mean, I don't know if this is a bad example, no offense, but, He could have just send down the book as a whole without any median right?

The angel Gibreel concerning the revelation of and the interpretation of Quran is the all time messenger, present in the heart of every individual as Allah's 'Inspiration and as His Ruh'. The hard copy of Quran that you have in your hands is to be tested if it really came from Allah by juxtaposing your 'Inspiration or Ruh' with the contents of it and verify it is from Allah, provided there is no discrepancy between the two. The Quran in this way is crystal clear proof of 'easy to understand', and as the truthful guidance for life in both the worlds. This book is the 'Furqan' that differentiates the truthful guidance from the falsities of the entire priesthood, the enemies of Quran, Allah and His Messengers and the entire humanity.

Follow your 'Furqan' and follow your all time messenger Gibreel to stand discreetly clear of all Jama'ats, the group-ists that grope in the ignorance of hadiths. The wisdom of Quran in this manner shall reject hadith in total is the only way to get your question straight and clear.

Writing this without anything else is a bit thin, don't you think?

                                      Salaam,

I thought I made myself clear with the later comments.

I am questioning the validity of circular argumentation. If you are only "pretty sure" or you "hope" why comment? Are you providing an answer to my question? If yes, sorry, I don't see it.

RED You are questioning something which is not there.
BLUE Probably you forgot what kind of forum this is and who it's members are and thus what kind of answers people search for in here.
GREEN No not an answer, just pointing out that your question doesn't make sense.

Not really. My only assumption is that a book called Koran exists and that it is claimed that it was transmitted bit by bit from a god to an angel to a human to several humans to scribes into a book. That's all.

RED Really? I would like to advise you to look again at your questions. In case you didn't notice, some of your questions are of the form
"Which planet is bigger, the moon or the sun?"
                                      or
"Why did Einstein got all the credits for the evolution theory while Newton was the first one?"

Just to make it more clear, just proof for me from the source the blue part.

If your English is not so good that is none of your fault. But I would suggest if you don't understand something that you ask and not assert.

My english is indeed bad, I didn't understand the red part, can you please rephrase it.

                                      Salaam,
                                      Bender

                                          StopS,

Have you actually read The Quran?
Some of what you asked is actually in it.

I hope this does not apply to you http//en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Troll_(Internet)
