Do they have idols? Let their idols help them, if they are truthful.
The day will come when they will be exposed, and they will be required to fall prostrate, but they will be unable to.
With their eyes subdued, humiliation will cover them. They were invited to fall prostrate when they were whole and able.
Therefore, let Me deal with those who reject this Hadith; we will lead them on whence they never perceive.
I will give them enough rope; My scheming is formidable.
Not sure what needs explaining there, seems clear to me. Other things/people/stones etc that people use as an idol wont help on the Day of Judgment when those who didn't prostrate to God when they should have/could have wont be able to, will be too late then and they will know on that day what the real truth is. God will deal with those who reject Quran (this hadith).

why term HADITH is used?
Because Qur'an brings to you the best of all Hadith. A hadith is a talk,tale,story,narrative, news, statement etc. The word itself does not mean "hadith of Muhammad according to Bukhari/Muslim/etc".

The Quran recognizes the Quran as the only genuine hadith.
Have they not looked at the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all the things GOD has created? Does it ever occur to them that the end of their life may be near? Which Hadith, beside this, do they believe in?
In their history, there is a lesson for
those who possess intelligence. This is not fabricated Hadith; this (Quran) confirms all previous scriptures, provides the details of everything, and is a beacon and mercy for those who believe.Among the people, there are those who uphold baseless Hadith, and thus divert others from the path of GOD without knowledge, and take it in vain. These have incurred a shameful retribution.
GOD has revealed herein the best Hadith; a book that is consistent, and points out both ways (to Heaven and Hell). The skins of those who reverence their Lord cringe therefrom, then their skins and their hearts soften up for GOD's message. Such is GOD's guidance; He bestows it upon whoever wills (to be guided). As for those sent astray by GOD, nothing can guide them.
These are GOD's revelations that we recite to you truthfully. In which Hadith other than GOD and His revelations do they believe?
Let them produce a Hadith like this, if they are truthful.

if physical, does this mean that those who are disabled are not required to prostrate?

" Fall prostrate" can means Submit" to His laws/rules. Or Humble themselves and accept God Alone as the authority and obey Him.
Fall prostrate can also mean both - physical- and - spiritual.
