Cannot disobey messenger? 24:63

No I'm turning back into a Sunni, if that's what the impression you got by the title. I just came across 2463
Do not hold the Messenger's calling (you) among you to be like your calling one to the other; Allah indeed knows those who steal away from among you, concealing themselves; therefore let those beware who go against his order lest a trial afflict them or there befall them a painful chastisement (Shakir's translation)
Can anyone explain this to me? What is his order? I personally think it has something to do with the word 'Messenger', because when the messenger is playing the role of messenger, no doubt his calling would be different, and perhaps his order refers to his delivering the Quran. But I still am interested in a better or other explanation.

2462 The acknowledgers are those who acknowledge God and His messenger, and when they are with him in a meeting, they do not leave him without permission. Those who ask permission are the ones who do acknowledge God and His messenger. If they ask your permission, in order to tend to some of their affairs, you may grant permission to whomever you wish, and ask God to forgive them. God is Forgiver, Compassionate.
2463 Do not let the invitation of the messenger between you be as if you are inviting each other. God is fully aware of those among you who slip away under lame excuses. Let those who oppose his command beware, for an ordeal may strike them, or a severe retribution.
I think the context of the verse applies to when The messenger is present as the community leader. The believers who are present with him are asked not to oppose the messenger's command in general .

Ayah is opposite to it.
You people amongst yourselves should not treat the Message urged by the Messenger of Allah the Exalted like some urging calls of some of you people
Indeed Allah the Exalted has fully known those amongst you who gently-secretively slip away taking cover.
Therefore, those who advocate digression from the command of Him the Exalted should take care lest liquefying trial befalls on them;
or a painful punishment befalls upon them. -

Recently I studied from AlQuraan about the word AL and Allah has shown me its meaning very clearly, Alhamdulillah. Whatever I have understood about AL till now is perfect by my TheCreator's grace and blessing. Hopefully, it will work on it's other instances in AlQuraan also. Here is my current understanding....
AL = available, now.
Let see some examples inshaAllah.

2185 Shahr of Ramadhan in which was revealed AlQuraan, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion. So whoever sights AlShahr, let him fast it; and whoever is ill or on a journey - then an equal number of other days. Allah intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardship and for you to complete the period and to glorify Allah for that which He has guided you; and perhaps you will be grateful.In the beginning of 2185 "shahru Ramadhan" is used, shahr is nakira that means without AL that refers to any shahr of Ramadhan or referring to shahr of Ramadhan that is not available now, that you cannot witness now.
Later in 2185 it says "faman shahida minkumu ALshahra falyasumhu", here shahr is used with AL that refers to shahr which is available, that's how you can witness it. This part of aayat will be translated as "so whoever of you witness that shahr which is available, let him fast it".
Shahr = Any shahr

ALshahr is definite with definite Article to refer back to which itself is a definite noun because of possessive phrase; "the month of fasting-Ramazan".

In fact, you stretched my point. "Sahru Ramadhan" could be any month of fasting, but with it comes with "al" it is referring back to what it is said but also it shows the availability of that month.

mmKhanExcept proper Nouns and Pronouns, the Nouns in Arabic are "indefinite" by default. Here "Al" before the word "month" has made it "Sahru Ramadhan". Ramadhan is one particular month of a lunar year. To say it means "any month of fasting" is meaningless.
Perusal of information about system of converting indefinite nouns to definite will be beneficial to move out of such erroneous understanding.
As for "the availability", it is the conditional clause mentioned in the Ayah before this definite single word.
