well no not christians and jews. i say sunnis, quran only etc all muslims because we all believe that the quran is the true word of God and also we know that the messengers are sent by him while christians and jews don't though i don't have anything against them either.

Abraham did not have the Qur'an. Was he a Muslim? Moses did not have the Qur'an. Was he a Muslim? Jesus did not have the Qur'an. Was he a Muslim?
Is that any clearer?

When you come from a restrictive community, the definition of what constitutes a "Muslim" can also be very restrictive and limiting. Ultimately, Allah is Judge. No need to get "stressed out". We are all on here to learn and to obey God's will.

i'm new here, how are you guys? ok so the 5 daily prayer is not written in the quran right? and to grow a beard? but i don't get how 97% muslims believe that? well the muslims in my family i think believe in the hadiths though i have doubt in them though i haven't discarded them completely i just don't trust it cause the quran is only Allah's book and not the hadith and i see there are other rules in the hadith not mentioned in the quran. are these hadith's trying to say the quran isn't complete? also ive seen people say that the scholar Zakir naik tells lies now is this true or not also what is your views on muslims like nouman ali khan? i think he speaks quite well though im not sure if his way is the right way but in the end sunnis/shias/quranists or whatever are all muslims in the end we should never call ourself sects and its a pain to see muslims with different believes label other muslims disbelievers =/ oh and the thought of praying 5 times a days every day of our life + washing our selves + things to do in prayer if u follow the hadith it makes be feel depressed alot and how many people do you think actually do this and even if they did do it i can see most people in this world being still being bad tbh =/

I'm not too fussed about the gender thing as long as I know that I am a female. I just clarified in case it mattered to the poster in terms of using correct terms of address. Anyhow, I would rather have that as my hobby than making unnecessary comments about not expecting certain behaviours from women. I don't have a particular desire to engage in a discourse about this with you, however, perhaps one would find it more beneficial to monitor one's own offensive and accusatory behaviour prior to trying to admonish others for harmless comments.
