AQ contains hadith, so anyone who claims that they "reject hadith" isn't being quite correct. A more correct claim for one to make is that they reject extra-Qur'anic hadith for purposes of the Deen.

Incredible claims require incredible proofs; an example of solid evidence is direct quotation from AQ.
