Weird dream/experienc about being asked the questions upon dying. Help anyone???

So, I had just finished reading the Qur'an and was lying down in my bed going to sleep. I began to smell a sweet, musk like fragrance and then suddenly a blackness came over me and engulfed me (this is quite hard to explain), it felt like this blackness was surrounding me and all I could see around me was black, my vision had blacked out. Then I (I would say heard but I didn't hear it with my ears) sensed a voice in my head asking me the first two questions when you die "Who is your Lord?" and "what is your religion?", I replied the correct answers to both Allah and Islam. All the way through this my heart is beating faster than I have ever felt before. Then the blackness continued to engulf me. After a few moments my vision started to return and then slowly my body began to return to normal.
I am very scared and confused about what this means and I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me understand what this means. I say that it is a dream but I am not 100% sure what it was, I only say a dream because that's the only word that comes to mind. You could call it an experience etc.

It was a quasi dream of a confused state of mind for if you were in the Light of Quran, especially after reading it, the gloominess or darkness shall not have shrouded your mind. That darkness is satanic influence and undoubtedly the magical voice was his. Who your Lord is and what your religion was are not at all the questions that would be asked of you by Allah. The only question for you on the last hour is did you commit shirk or not? Yes or No will decide your fate; yet you will speak the Truth as to who you were while living in the world. And again, your heart was beating faster and harder instead of beating at ease and with peace - a sign from Allah to make us understand it was shaitan who had disturbed you during your reading of Quran.
Now you need not be afraid of the confusion caused by the evil force. The prayer for you is, if the state of your mind is of fear
"O my God, Forgive me and Guide me in Your Path."
If your state of mind is one of calm and peace, the prayer is
"O my God, Forgive me and Guide me in Your Light upon Light."
At any point of time when there is clouding of thoughts and gloominess; and when there is this brewing up of uncultivated thoughts causing apprehension, it is that the evil forces of jinns have surrounded us; and on the other hand if there is peace and tranquillity, the malayikas have surrounded us and they throw away all the evil jinns in every direction and the fiery blazing fire chasing them from all around. Keep yourself in the company of Allah and the Malayikas with the above soulful prayer.

This sound all too familiar with the notion amongst traditional muslims, when you die, an angle (?) is going to ask you who is your lord, and your religion, and your prophet.
Maybe your dream was just a replay of that.

- It's coming from your own hallucination that's why it's called a dream.
- The 'two questions' is incorrect, (if we refer to versions of the book of rumors a.k.a hadih), the 'question to the dead' or 'interview in the grave' should be
- Ma Rabbuka (who is your Rabb)
- Man Nabbiya (who is your prophet)
- Ma Diennuka (What is your dien)
Or in other versions it is merely
- Ma Rabbuka (who is your Rabb)
- Man Nabbiya (who is your prophet)
Or in other versions it is
- Ma Rabbuka (who is your Rabb)
- Man Nabbiya (who is your prophet)
- Ma imamuka (who is your imam) (presumably the correct answer is Ali)
All of the above of course is not true...
