Does Nationalism goes against Quranic teaching ?

I have a simple question. does nationalism goes against Quranic teaching..?There are many who wants to establish khilafa says its haram to be nationalist.. whats your view..pls share.

I believe nationalism gives rise to geographical boundaries and racial distinctions whereas the Quran promotes universal brotherhood, peace and unity.
