These European countries that are supposedly more "advanced" than the rest of the world are insane. To be fair, humanity in general is insane. But this.... I find this sickening and disturbing. Our societies are racing downhill at an alarming speed. I live in a conservative part of the Southern United States. I left my state for about a year and came back.... and it was as though a huge chunk of the men in my area had turned gay. We have to love our brothers and sisters whether they follow God or not..... but it's just depressing to me that society is leading people so far astray without people even realizing they're going astray. But God guides whom He will and I just have to hope and pray that God will guide my future children so that they don't participate in the various acts of rebellion against God that our societies are racing to attempt to legitimize.

Wait for another few more days to get more humane approach towards animals, sexually. Bestiality should be legalised to prove your true love towards animals. Why should it remain a secret affair anymore? Now that infertility is growing among men and women, fertile female animals can be married to men; and fertile male animals can be given in marriage to females could be the latest medical research. Medical research is the best way to legalise every illegitimate hateful disgusting living eg surrogate father, surrogate mother etc. The world needs human dogs, human pigs and human monkeys and apes and so on. It is human right to give animals their rights.

Since you brought God into this................can you give me a reference where it states homosexuality leads people astray from the path of God?
You are entitled to your opinion. I also have an opinion about most stuff....I like barbeque, football and the colour blue.......I do not like homosexuality, stigma, dogma and people that justify their opinion in the name of Allah.

To claim that our opinion has anything to do with how God feels about it requires sound proof from the Quran.....Since this is a forum about Islam and Allah I ask kindly of you to bring it on.

Are you crazy or what nope? You wanna say that homosexuality is not forbidden? -Than why Quran speaks about destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, remember, it mentions homosexuality as main reason why Sodom & Gom. were destoryed.

And is has been forbidden in previous scriptures too

It's actually an impressive segue drfazl, pigbabies ftw!!1... If science is progressing to that point however, I'd personally be funding research into superpowers rather than discussing the ethics of pigbabies...or gay pigs even. And most importantly...I'd be willing to participate in the hopefully required experiments with Thor-like specimens...free of charge. I'm all for science, really.

So give me the verses where it says HOMOSEXUALITY leads people astray.....and now since you brought it up, could you show me the verse where it is explained homosexuality was the main reason for the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah.

What previous scriptures say hold no merit.

ps. I cannot watch youtube, my internet connection blocks it

                  Quran 780
And Lot when he said to his people, "Do you commit such immorality as no one has preceded you with from among the worlds?

                  Quran 781
Indeed, you approach men with desire, instead of women. Rather, you are a transgressing people."

                  Quran 782
But the answer of his people was only that they said, "Evict them from your city! Indeed, they are men who keep themselves pure."

And later Sodom was destroyed, Thank God.

In my Quran, there is no mention of neither Sodom nor Gomorrha, so maybe we have different books...

780 mentions something that has never preceded - could that be the simple thing that a man has sex with another man? Do you really think that did not occur before? The in the next verse negates the part before, so in my understanding, it states that they are NOT just approaching men instead of women, but committing excesses of a graver kind. Your understanding is based on other scriptures that have brought man more confusions (the same is with Eve she is not mentioned on Quran, but just Adam and its partner, which is, by the way, in the male/neutral form resp. &#1580.

You clearly have no idea who prophet Lot was and how he is connected with Sodom and Gomorrah. Read this http//en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lot_in_Islam
You should read the entire Quran in order to understand it, not just 3 verses and btw download correct translation of Quran.

Any muslim who support homosexuals is NOT muslim.

You forgot surah 26.....so I will include that one as well since the story is almost the same

In Surah 7 the first part speaks of Adam and Eve and how they were deceived by the devil. He had managed to make Adam and Eve realize they were naked, therefore destroying their innocence making it impossible for them to stay in paradise. The surah later goes on by telling us the story of Lot.

                          However....

Whenever the story of Lot is mentioned it is mentioned together with other stories. Moses and the farao, Abraham and his people, Noah and his people, Shuayb of Madyan and Salih of Thamud. I feel like I have forgotten one hmm

The people/communities all these prophets were preaching to had a various number of sinful/shameful behaviour. A human God, disbelief, content, polytheism, discrimination and yes, homosexual acts between two males.
Although different behaviours they had a few things in common, they either "challenged" God or wanted to kill/oppress the prophets. They were all punished by God in some sort or another (flooding, earthquake etc).

So what were they punished for? By living in sin, polytheism, disbelief or disallowing the prophets? There is evidence to show it was not because of contempt since Adam himself was not killed by God for such an act. There is no evidence to suggest polytheism/disbelief either. On the contrary there is evidence this behaviour does not carry an earthly punishment 2256 ".....no compulsion in religion..."So what is left? Sexually sinful acts between two males and desire to oppress/ kill a prophet.

Were anyone except Lot's people living in sexual sin? No......
Did anyone except Lot's people wanted to oppress/kill a prophet? Yes, all of them......
Did they receive the same punishment from God? Yes, all of them were killed one way or another.....

So what were they punished for? Their behaviour or their oppressive nature? If you say "their behaviour" you go against many aspects of the Quran. For example the freedom to believe in what you want. If you want to believe there is a human God, then you are free to do so. If you believe in more than one God, you are free to do so and etc. etc. 2256 ".....no compulsion in religion..."
If you say it was because of their oppressive nature you have the contrary, a magnitude of verses saying that God does not like oppression in any form.

In short, the stories are of people that are so "full of themselves" they will even kill a person just because that person does not think their behaviour is right. Let me know when you find such a homosexual man and I will stand beside you.

                          Besides.....
And later Sodom was destroyed, Thank God.
The kind of gay God did not permit is eradicated by the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. Have they risen again?

ps. Last paragraph was a joke

                                  Peace,

Hmm... this topic stirs up so much aggression.

However, I think God does not like homosexuality. The verses in Quran tells me that, but of course we can all interpret things differently.

On the other hand, some people seem to be born innately homosexual. I have no real answer to this.

If we look at it objectively, the man is made for a woman and the woman is made for a man. If it was meant, hypothetically, that a man was for another man then his anatomical design would be different.

I understand why people get upset. This setup is not symmetrical and goes against logic for some people. Many people are disgusted seeing men make out with each other etc and think it is a crime against nature.

However, I think that a gay can be a Believer and have a chance on salvation if he is a good person. God did not say homosexuality is an unforgivable offense or outright say it is a sin. I may be wrong though, I am not sure.

Ah well, I have my opinion, but it means little I suppose. Worth noting though is that I respect homosexuals.

                                  God bless you

                                    Peace family,

The Quran has no ayats forbidding homosexual marriage, on the otherhand, it is one
of the types of marriage not mentioned including marriage to animals or inanimate
objects etc. Therefore other types of marriage other than man and wife are excluded
                                    by default.

The ayats about the two cities infer the raping of men and other crimes of force
so much so that these crimes had become cultural, and that is an appalling
situation for the inhabitants of those cities. So vile were the inhabitants of the
two cities that they approached the prophet lut and his guests lustfully with
                                    evil intentions.

A key verse in the sodom and gorrmorah revelation is 15/58

They said, "We are being dispatched to guilty people".
Meaning, this is a bad society en masse. You will notice these cities were completely
distroyed while farun's people were spared and just he and his soldiers perished.
Therefore one might conclude that to a person evil behavior was acceptable in the
                                    two cities.

The cultures like the people of noah, the people of pompii, the people of the woods,
the people sodom and gorrmorah were societies that transgressed the limits of
a moral society therefore these communities met their doom.

                                    peace

Any muslim who support homosexuals is NOT muslim.

What I support and stand for is peace and understanding, not hatred, bigotry, discrimination. I believe that marriage is between man and woman. This is my belief but it is not for me to take away someone's right to live his of her life the way s/he sees fit as long as my rights are not violated.

The Quran has no ayats forbidding homosexual marriage,

                                        facepalm

OMG are you blind or what? This is direct insult to God and entire Islam. I posted ayat's where God clearly say that homosexualism is forbidden, entire cities were destroyed because of this.

Quran also don't say nothing about animal sex but this does not mean you can have sex with dogs.

Are you people sick or what?

                                          Peace,

Hmm... like I said, this topic stirs up some aggression...

May God help you calm down.
