      Hmm...

If the sperm comes from a man which is not the woman's husband then it is extramarital pregnancy.

Can it be considered zinah? I suppose this is the case.

Shouldn't you also ask if there are any verses that indicate that such an act is allowed? What do you think of the quran? Something that will tell you everything?

              Well zinah/adultery is forbidden.

Artificial insemination IMO can be done lawfully in Quranic terms if the sperm comes from the woman's husband.

                  Peace be upon you,

I would "THINK" that you are responsible for the sperm that are given to you, so how can a man offer his sperm to a woman who he does not plan to stay with and help that spem, now combined with egg, grow into a righteous spiritual being?

When there will be a time when ppl will learn to take care of the new borns without this limited thinking of father and mother issue. Cant we show love and compassion without the identity of father/mother? cant we just do it as a human? Why do I always have to be a father or mother to take care of a child ?

just qurious to know your opinion..

                    peace

                      Peace be upon you,

I am not sure I understand what you mean.

It certainly takes a village to raise a child.

Adopted children have a yearning to know the TRUE CONNECTION of where they came from, the genes that produce some of thier habits, etc.

Do not seperate what the God ordered to be joined.

I am just wondering what would happen if it was like that. Its true that God created this family bond thing and as you said genes produce some of their habbits..Than dont you think this process also encourages to look down upon other childrens ? I mean those who are born in other family. Dont you think this way of centralizing the effection or caring process in to small small groups or only between two person creates some sort of negetivity or wall ? In a way it makes parents to be biased only towards their children. Hence its creating compitition between ppl and encourages some sort of behavior to neglect other children. Isnt it the reason when children in one family is having enough food and the children next door sturving and ppl hardly feel for others children.

I hope you understand what am trying to say. I am just trying to understand the syste. this world seems to be like a game. though many things might have been better for our human race but God didnt mentione those in IT's book because IT wants us to play the game by those rules.

                        peace
