Where is the Golden Rule in the Quran?

You didn't understand the Golden Rule "treat others as you would have them treat you".
Having justice, kindness, helping orphans etc., all of these are good things - but they are not the Golden Rule principle. Please understand this very important point - the Golden Rule is never stated in the Quran, only in Hadith.

Allah will not impose blame upon you for what is meaningless in your oaths, but He will impose blame upon you for what you intended of oaths. So its expiation is the feeding of ten needy people from the average of that which you feed your families or clothing them or the freeing of a slave. But whoever cannot find - then a fast of three days . That is the expiation for oaths when you have sworn. But guard your oaths. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses that you may be grateful.

But my experience tells me that Hadithers would never do that; its a sin for Hadithers to give money to jews, christians, mushrikeen, kafireen ... Including Quranists, because they do not believe in Abu Hurairah.

I think implicit in the Golden Rule is doing good. For example, if one says patiently perserving refers to patiently doing evil... that would be a completely wrong interpretation of the message. We would say patience is a good goal to work towards and we would mean for good ends.
A general point
In the West, (this can apply to the whole world as well) where the Golden rule has apparently been predominant in Christianity, has this been applied? Imperialism has been used to plunder the resources of other nations to create wealth. Wars and complete disregard for human life - especially on different ethnic, religious etc grounds. Sanctions applied in such a way that brutalise people.
Total lack of environmentalism - in the form of lack of reuse and recycling, to pollution and wasting resources. Fashion is actually a huge one in that regard because so much is wasted in the process of updating let alone the resources it takes to create things. Water is used for everything, and there's a lot more water used to create jeans etc than you might assume. Water is a very precious resource. I think we should also treat the environment with respect and I believe this is also part of the 'golden rule' in the Quran.
Wealth and prosperity are so greatly admired or sought after by people in general both in modern times and the past they forget the Quran's message. But wealth, as I mentioned can be gained in the worst ways... would we want others to do this to us? And then others still admire the wealth we have? Haman (I think it is although it could be someone else) is admired by people for his wealth. However, he loses it all and I think he dies at the same time. And the believers say, it is not the wealth we should admire and they refer to God swt and belief in the last day and that Haman did not care about that.
So in practice, has the Golden Rule been applied by those who say it is apparently more explicit in their scriptures? Or at least, it has been held in the traditions etc of the nation? Maybe that's something that should also considered a bit.

For Bender your quote read with 2396 can provide a lesson for knowing elided words. In your quote object of the verb is elided thought evidently understood by the reader who knows grammar and mutual relatioship of words in a sentence. Elided words must be translated by reference to other sentences of Qur'aan.

See how beautiful the Golden Rule is. Problem is Golden Rule is never mentioned in Quran, only in Hadith. Alhamdulillah.
