If I agree to a "contract" blindly, am I disobeying Allah's command in 17:36?

If I download a software for something, and I am met with the request to agree with some Terms and Conditions, if I accept all the conditions blindly, by not even reading the conditions, have I disobeyed Allah? I am not entirely sure what the word "taqfu" means in the verse. Different thoughts come to mind when I try to understand this verse, like do not blindly believe or follow people or laws or anything, or like if I hear a rumor, do not believe in it, basically do not believe in anything or blindly follow anything, which I think might be more accurate, before investigating.

What does a software have to do with Islam?
Yeah but it is better to read because who knows if the software is asking for permission to read your contacts or any other secret datas on your device in its terms and conditions?

All unjust terms in the contract that contravene God's law are inherently null and those who assign such terms open themselves up to retribution. Disregard such things.
But you are responsible for faithfully adhering to any contracts between two parties otherwise.

Corpus Quran is good site to learn Arabic Quran in standart way, but Corpus Quran is still depending on Sunni intepretation in translation not in deeper meaning.
I just recommend you Lane's Lexicon, Lisan al Arab, or any kind of dictionaries which give more deeper meaning of Arabic words, especially in the Quran.
