You do not need to be a member of QuranConnection to chat etc. We would state a specific time (roughly) and members could meetup about that time if they wish.

QuranConnection.com exists but it is not open to new members (except by invite) and will be closed within 18 months. However the chat link is independent and will work for another 15 months. We can then change the link etc.
