1. what is wasting?

• self not using, for the benefit of well-being.
• not allowing others, to use for their well-being

2. which wasting is done by all of us?
   example - wasting food / grains - not giving the excess to near-ones who are in need

• wasting hunger - not eating when we are hunger though we have food (normally we can see people saying i do not have time even to eat or eating in haste are some who waste hunger.

• wasting sleep - not sleeping when we get sleep instead indulge in entertainments

• not allowing others to sleep when they are sleepy.

when God gives us a thought that cannot be accomplished by our knowledge, we brush aside it as a dream. we are wasters.

Easy is just asking ourselves "What does the word 'to waste' mean?"

To not waste is to use your judgment when you utilize something in this world and the things which you do not waste can be used for someone else.

If you do not waste you have more money to give to the poor family which barely have food on the table.
