What is Qibla?............

As I understand it Qibla is the place you go to focus on communion with God and could as well be your own house if it serves you well and gives you inspiration and relaxation.

chirstains have qibla of jesus and there holy books
jews have qibla and there book
hindus have qibla of different rabbs
every religion have there own qibla but they will not change it unless they believe in allah

if its a house then there should be a washroom , cooking place and big room for the people to come under security -

The old Qiblah was a place universally known as 'Jerusalem' (which I suspect was located in Pharisees/Fars in present day Iran). People made pilgrimage to this site as the temple was a religious center of spirituality. During Muhammad God changed this to this place al-Masjeed al-haram which I think was a different site located on the Arabian Peninsula but not necessarily the place in the Mecca these idol worshipers visit today.
However, I am not completely sure that it is not the proper location of it. The current building called the Kabaa is not the original shape and it was more formed like a cathedral and not like a cube a few hundred years ago. You can see the remnants of the old wall at one side of the Kabaa but this was changed in the 1600s I think when the walls fell apart due to weather and wind had damaged the foundation over the years. Obviously the idolatry has worsened over the years too although I think the idolatry almost immediately returned there as Muhammad had died. I think the black fabric that is on top of the building was added when the building took its cubic shape.
Religious fundamentalists are prone to twist the practice of their religion, but they tend to be conservative regarding some elements such as not change their sites of worship. I still think that today's Mecca is the site where Muhammad had his followers and revealed and preached the Quran. It was, as I can understand it, a place where idolatry had taken over completely, but the Arabian Peninsula is not unknown to Paganism as the original people who lived there practiced idolatry pretty intensively. When Musa's people went out of Mesr (Egypt) they encountered people who worshiped statues and such things and it was very commonplace in this region.
In my theories they continued past this and went on to the Ghaliee/Khaliyee (Iranian Khaliyee Fars). Later they erected the temple building at the location called Persepolis today, which just as Mecca later turned into a place of idolatry and they had fire altars in high places with incense and that kind of stuff, just like according to the Old Testament and Zoroastrianism. Despite all that God did for the people of Israel most of them obviously were disbelievers just like people today. God actually did very incredible things for 'bani Israel' which they did not believe in. I suppose their superstition and preconception prevented them from believing (also just like today).
But as to the word Qiblah itself I understand it to mean focal point, but not in the traditional meaning of a direction to pray towards an object (such as the Kabaa) but a place a spiritual importance. A place you went to because it had such spiritual depth that people could get inspired. Obviously you cannot really use the Kabaa for this purpose as of today due to the bad aura it has because of all the souls that practice idolatry there now. It either needs to be cleansed or moved. Now it is polluted filled with impurity. People did not follow the most important guidelines spelled out in Quran "Be mindful of me and purify yourselves".
As I understand it the world can have different Qibahs depending on community as the temple in Jerusalem was that community's Qiblah. God told the followers of Muhammad that they could use the site in Mecca as their Qiblah and it did not matter if the people in Jerusalem did not accept this. The point is that if some place brings spirituality to a community and the right spirituality (monotheism and purity) then it can be used as a Qiblah. Perhaps the purified Mecca was better from an purification point of view that it was better to go to Mecca for their Qiblah during this time. After all it seems like Muhammad evicted the idol worshipers from this site during his lifetime just as Isa (Jesus?) had kicked out the fraudulent people from the Temple (in Jerusalem) when he lived.
But if there arose another community and perhaps another Messenger that followed monotheism then they might get their own Qiblah, who knows? Mecca is a useless Qiblah in its present state without purification. If you are a strict monotheist you will feel uneasy about the Kabaa there. Just looking at footage from Mecca on TV makes me feel uneasy with this psychedelic black cube.

Qibla
Qibla is that Entity, your Soul, wherein is your RUH, breathed into you by Allah at birth exists and that which directs your works in the direction, the Only Direction that shall take you towards fulfilment of all good that you are Blessed with by the Grace of All-Knowing, Almighty.
The following should suffice as to know what Qibla shall mean in real time
If you enter a dense forest for an expedition, you take a Guide with you. You have to be all ears and eyes to that Guide and he is your sole direction, though you move forward with your eyes directed towards the front as you move on.
