How do you understand the end of this verse? How would you do it?

And proclaim "Praise be to GOD, who has never begotten a son, nor does He have a partner in His kingship, nor does He need any ally out of weakness," and magnify Him constantly/glorify Him greatly.

Waquli alhamdu lillahi allatheelam yattakhith waladan walam yakun lahu shareekun feealmulki walam yakun lahu waliyyun mina alththulli wakabbirhu takbeeran

Does takbeer (kabbara) is a synonym of tasbih (sabbaha = to glorify)?
Or
Does Tasbih is one form of takbeer?
