    Thinking with an open mind...........

The meaning is one of lanes dictionery.

    597
Allah has made the eminence/ nobility/ glory/ dignity/ honour/ personal prestige (in the positive sense) the forbidden conundrum - a standing/ an asylum of security for people???

Remember the principle of human dignity is the foundation of all moral/ social teaching.

There is no one more secure then one dignified in the eyes of society is there?

    Thanks.

I think your translation is a bit of a conundrum.

      Background
      http//mypercept.co.uk/articles/meaning-masjid-al-haram-Quran.html

Assuming one considers hosting of al hajj involves certain restrictions enacted over an area, then it is a logical and practical necessity for that area to be demarcated/known/stated. Quran makes no such statement UNLESS for example, "al kaabah" is a reference to such.

All information is correct to the best of my knowledge only and thus should not be taken as a fact. One should always seek knowledge and verify for themselves when possible: 17:36, 20:114, 35:28, 49:6, 58:11.

        Just a thought

To me it would seem odd that a revealed/inspired text would introduce NEW terminology without proper elaboration.
I would think that ALL words used would be words already known, and would therefore NOT be specific religious terminology particular to the text in question...

        peace

I do not understand why we have to go to a particular place to serve God. Saudi Arabia is rich because of Hajj/Umra and oil.
