Pool in your for-Quran or for-Islam arguments in this thread so we may refer to them as and when needed. I have an argument for those who seek clear cut, mathematically explicit argument before accepting Islam.
Suppose you stumble across an island somewhere in the Pacific. You look at your map and your GPS, and you find that there is no mention of this mile long landmass. You ask your navigator. He is bewildered. You radio base, and they mention that this island has not be identified before, and hence you are the first person EVER to land on it.
So you hop down. Indeed the island is all-natural beautiful and lush-green. Seems like no one has been here before. Then you reach the mid of the island and behind a thick bush, you discover a crude hut made out of mud, stones and has windows.
At this point, you conclude, explicitly, that this island may not have a human right now, may not have had a human recently, but this island DEFINITELY had a human at least once! You did not see the human. All current information indicates that there never was a human there before. Yet you are convinced. WHY?
Because, the order that you observed amid the chaos could not have been a mere chance, despite the fact that the elements, the mud, the glass, the bushy roof were created using material already found in the island. Those materials, no matter how hard the wind blew, or at what angle, could not have arranged themselves. There HAD to be a work of INTELLIGENCE somewhere.
Clearly, in the above thought process you reached a conclusion without having clear-cut, mathematical, logical argument. Hence, you CAN conclude something WITHOUT having a clear-cut, mathematical, logical argument.
The key is the identification of an intelligent work where it seems to be unlikely. Is Quran such an intelligent piece?
