i just wonder if working in those places are haram since they sell haram meat and alcohol. Cuz i hear alot of people saying yes they are since selling them would be like selling paganistic stuff or something. So I was wondering if working in those places are haram.

Nowhere do I find it in AQ that working at such places is unlawful. Why would working there be worse than shopping there? Do they sell lottery tickets too? )

The Qur'an states that consumption of pork meat is forbidden under ordinary circumstances to followers of the Deen. Likewise, followers of the Deen are told to abstain from praying while drunk/intoxicated. The substances themselves are not unlawful.
Since the substances are not unlawful, and there is no injunction against it, it stands to reason that there is no problem with working at a place that sells them--nor in buying from such a place. Not eating swine flesh is a rite; other people have their own rites to fulfill.
2267 For every nation We have established rites which they are to fulfill. So do not let the matter fall into dispute. And call upon your Lord, for you are on a guidance which is straight.

You should have highlighted the issue.
I know for a fact quite a few people I know in UK stated they would refuse to sell products such as alcohol and the company agreed to it before allowing employment.
The problem is when you already work there, then decide you dont want to. Sometimes it might mean just leaving.
This is up to you though, just because you are forbidden to consume it, doesn't mean you should stop other people from doing it.
I wouldn't personally do it, but that is a personal opinion, not Quranic.
