Sajada to God, Men or anything else = to solute, to pay respect, to honour, to magnify
Tasjodu = to bend or incline due to the influence of something ( e.g with the wind or the the sun)
Sajood = Obedience as a fact to be believed without inquiry in the manner thereof (he stood erect)
Masjid = any place where one performs the act of sajood.
So is a msjd any place where an action envisaged by God or anything else is performed, or carried out?

What I meant was if there are any temples at all according to you as in location to gather up, for example, to glorify God together. I am interested in that question myself lately.

There is some implication of this, e.g. 2240, 2436, 1087, and I don't see a problem with that. It also depends on what one understands "masjid" to mean, as many take it to refer to a building, although in my view there is little evidence for that as per Quran.
Also, I see very little to no evidence for a building to be sacred or venerated. The building is not special, what goes on in it is what is special. They could be used for communal governance issues, education etc, not just for glorification etc.
