those could be two complete words.
arabic is still being looked at from the glass of the system put long ago by many scholars .not that we are not supposed to do that,but what if?
what if we had the language understood in a wrong way, the language of the Quran.
as for my understanding of the word ,i always thought of it as swim in a sense and when applied to man ,it is to sleep.
or to be constant with out going about ,to sleep . ,of course that makes total sense after concluding that sujud means closed eyes.or with out seeing.
it might make perfect sense ,
IT is mentioned in the quran that "Allah" takes our souls in our sleep and then returns who ever he wills to return.
please don't confuse this to OBEs and astral dynamics ,i think the other is totally different and has nothing to do with tasbeeh. in fact it could be the complete opposite.
this is all my observation and in no means i claim it to be completely true.
keep an open mind and peace to the world .
