The Quran worst of people/actions
Incur God's wrath/anger, disliked / hated by God, worst of creation, resulting in painful punishment (athabun aleemun), great punishment (athabun atheemun).
Some examples
3112 They are struck with humiliation wherever they are encountered, except for a rope from God and a rope from the people. And they stayed in the wrath of God and were struck with humiliation; that is because they were rejecting in the revelations of God and killing the prophets without right; that is for what they disobeyed and were transgressing.
422 And do not marry who your fathers had married from the women, except what has already been done. It is an immorality/ lewdness, and an abhorrence, and an evil path.
493 And whoever kills a believer intentionally, then his recompense shall be Hell, abiding therein, and God will be angry with him, and curse him, and for him is prepared a great punishment.
7152 Those who took the calf will be dealt with a wrath from their Lord and a humiliation in this worldly life. It is such that We punish the fabricators.
822 The worst creatures with God are the deaf and dumb who do not reason.
855 The worst creatures with God are those who reject/deny/conceal so they do not believe.
2081 Eat from the good things that We have provided for you and do not transgress in this else My wrath will be upon you. Whoever has incurred My wrath is lost.
249 The fifth oath shall incur GOD's wrath upon her if he was telling the truth.
4046 The fire, which they will be exposed to morning and evening, and on the day when the moment is established "Admit the people of Pharaoh into the most severe of the punishment."
613 It is most despicable with God that you would say what you do not do.
986 Those who rejected from the people of the book and those who set up partners are in the fires of hell abiding therein, those are the worst of creation.
Brief summary
Those who reject the truth, oppress/afflict others , do not use reason, transgress limits, kill a believer intentionally, hypocrisy, liars. -

Those that break God s covenant and break their oath, betrayers
O you who believe, do not betray God and the messenger, and do not betray those who trust you, now that you know.
who violate God's covenant after pledging to uphold it, sever what God has commanded to be joined, and commit evil. These are the losers.
As for those who trade away God's covenant, and their obligations, for a cheap price, they receive no share in the Hereafter. God will not speak to them, nor look at them, on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He purify them. They have incurred a painful retribution.
You shall fulfill your covenant with God when you make such a covenant. You shall not violate the oaths after swearing (by God) to carry them out, for you have made God a guarantor for you. God knows everything you do.
Do not abuse the oaths among you, lest you slide back after having a strong foothold, then you incur misery. Such is the consequence of repelling from the path of God (by setting a bad example); you incur a terrible retribution.

Also can you explain Waazan of Faalun.
Root is Ayn Thal Ba, meanings ?it was, or became sweet ? or it was, or became, easy and agreeable to be drunk or swallowed?.

Wazaan, Faalun converts the above root into
Faalun, an adjective from neuter verbs, and express partly, a quality inherent and permanent in a person or thing- which is their most usual significance- and partly a certain degree of intensity. (William Wright Vol. 1 page 133, 131 C&D).
Arabic words are simply, Root meanings + Waazan meanings = Resultant word meanings.
Please apply the above formula, to get to the meanings. How they got meanings of punishment is beyond me or should say by defying all rules of the said language.

I don't understand what Wazaan means?
I don't see how sweet could be placed in the verses, that being said I haven't checked them all. Which verses do you think would apply to you understanding of the meaning "?it was, or became sweet ? or it was, or became, easy and agreeable to be drunk or swallowed?
