    Selam!

Just wanted to know what everyone thinks about this

In the Qur'an it has been referenced that there are already people in Paradise, ie those who are slain in the way of Allah.

So as Judgment Day has yet to come, does that mean these people who are already in paradise will be judged again on Judgment Day?? Or do I have a misreading that there aren't any humans in paradise yet?

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers~

      Peace Suppliant.

Those that are waiting for judgement day already know the outcome, this is a crucial point to understand before we tackle the difference of "where " and "how" each group are waiting for that day?...

For example here is a description of what one group feels

Do not ever think that God is unaware of what the transgressors are doing. He only respites them until a day where the eyes stare in horror.
As they rush (out of the graves), their faces will be looking upward, their eyes will not even blink, and their minds will be horrified.

The other group are not feeling like that,Why? Here is one difference

Sufficient warnings have been delivered to alert them.

... All the proofs and all the warnings can never help people who decided to disbelieve.

.... Those who disbelieve are totally oblivious to the warnings given to them.

... The only people to heed your warnings are those who reverence their Lord, even when alone in their privacy,....

At death each individual will get to know their outcome

The day they see the angels, it will not be good news for the guilty; they will say, "Now, we are irreversibly confined."

The angels put them to death in a state of wronging their souls. That is when they finally submit, and say, "We did not do anything wrong!" Yes indeed. God is fully aware of everything you have done.

When death comes to one of them, he says, "My Lord, send me back.
"I will then work righteousness in everything I left." Not true. This is a false claim that he makes. A barrier will separate his soul from this world until resurrection.

You shall give from our provisions to you before death comes to you, then you say, "My Lord, if only You could delay this for a short while! I would then be charitable and join the righteous!"

In other words ,once death comes, you know your judgement. The formality is being awaited. The new system/dimension-Heaven/hell...etc But the outcome is already known by each individual, We are our own judge, we already know which side we belong to?

Since the new world is not yet created, the two groups are waiting in separate places. Since their life was different, do you expect their death to be the same?
      Here are more verses

If only you could see the guilty when they bow down their heads before their Lord "Our Lord, now we have seen and we have heard. Send us back and we will be righteous. Now we have attained certainty."

They will say, "Our Lord, our wickedness overwhelmed us, and we were people gone astray.
"Our Lord, take us out of this; if we return (to our old behavior), then we are really wicked."

If only you could see them when they face the hellfire! They would say then, "Woe to us. Oh, we wish we could go back, and never reject our Lord's revelations, and join the believers."
As a matter of fact, (they only say this because) their secrets have been exposed. If they go back, they will commit exactly the same crimes. They are liars.
If you could only see them when they stand before their Lord! He would say, "Is this not the truth?" They would say, "Yes, by our Lord." He would say, "You have incurred the retribution by your disbelief."
Losers indeed are those who disbelieve in meeting God, until the Hour comes to them suddenly, then say, "We deeply regret wasting our lives in this world." They will carry loads of their sins on their backs; what a miserable load!

      The crucial judgement on themselves?

O you jinns and humans, did you not receive messengers from among you, who narrated to you My revelations, and warned you about the meeting of this day? They will say, "We bear witness against ourselves." They were totally preoccupied with the worldly life, and they will bear witness against themselves that they were disbelievers.

Are they waiting until all (prophecies) are fulfilled? The day such fulfillment comes to pass, those who disregarded it in the past will say, "The messengers of our Lord have brought the truth. Are there any intercessors to intercede on our behalf? Would you send us back, so that we change our behavior, and do better works than what we did?" They have lost their souls, and their own innovations have caused their doom.

When they all stand before God, the followers will say to the leaders, "We used to follow you. Can you spare us even a little bit of God's retribution?" They will say, "Had God guided us, we would have guided you. Now it is too late, whether we grieve or resort to patience, there is no exit for us."

Yes indeed ,the day of judgement is but a formality. Fates have been already decided at death!!!

Where the souls wait is up to the creator. His justice prevails throughout our existence even between death and the judgement day.

      GOD bless you.
      Peace.
