o.k, we all know what the american leaders are/were upto. but they have a way of trapping every other world leader too, with adequate brainwashing. why do american people end up electing such leaders?(its a democracy, for God's sake)

        Peace Peaceful,

        You asked

why do american people end up electing such leaders?

I believe you answered your own question...

        adequate brainwashing

        Have you ever seen "OutFoxed"?
Watch these two movies when you get a chance and you'll get the proper insight...

ignore the first few minutes of Dutch intro...

The first is on the Carlyle Group

I have the full book, it is a great read.

I also recomend "Why Do People Hate America" - by Ziauddin Sardar, Merryl Wyn Davies

              hi guys,

yeah, looks like American people are in most need of 'rescuing' from the malicious monarchy(headed by Bush, at the moment) much more than the iraqis from saddam. atleast, sadam was transparent than bush and didnt use mind games. its a pity they cheat their own people.
this is what happens when one thinks he isnt accountable for his actions to God, and believes Jesus died for his sins.
now, who will rescue the americans?

                Peace peacefulmuslim,

by "one" do you mean Bush or Christians in general?
If you refer to Christians in general, they do believe they are accountable for their actions. The concepts of reward and punishment are in their belief too.

                  hi Elena,
i was talking of Bush and fellow christians.(he is a devout christian).
christians of today, believe their entry to heaven is through prayers to Jesus and nothing to do with their deeds(good/bad). they believe -Jesus died for mankind's sins, man is a born potential sinner.
i was very surprised when i heard this belief the first time coz even i believed what u do. i have had discussions with christians over this as well.

                  give this a read
                  http//www.beliefnet.com/story/173/story_17379_1.html

Are we not communicating the Bible, which clearly teaches that Jesus is the only way to God and that no amount of good deeds or random acts of kindness can get anyone into heaven? Are we not making it clear that salvation cannot be bought?except with the blood of Jesus?

We must return to Scripture, which clearly indicates that salvation does not exist apart from Christ and that we can be saved only by grace and not by works.

These aren't my concepts?they're from the Word of God. Jesus Himself said "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 146, NIV).

                    HI Tay,
i watched the videos. truly amazing, indeed. A country fooling/controlling the whole world! wonder what would happen a few yrs from now, if this condition prevails.
white house is already dictating every other country what to do and what not to. what next?

yes, prayers are a part of the doctrine, they are needed, but deeds are part of the doctrine too. The way to eternal life is believing in God + comply the comandments + prayers and sacraments, that said in a brief summary.

Comply the comandments = good deeds. Breaking them = sins.
Sins can be forgiven here by bishops and priests through the penitence sacrament if they truly repent.

The importance of the prayer is that they are the tool (+ the sacraments) to ge the state of "grace", a state needed to be able to comply the comandments.

I was brought up into that doctrine, Catholicism to be exact.

                        hi Elena,
To be honest, am very glad u(being a christian, yourself) consider deeds are important!
but i have come across and infact was preached christianity(the belief that deeds dont matter and the only way to heaven being through the blood of christ) by devout christians(here in britain)
And if u have read the link i have given, u would understand what i am trying to say. infact, i had discussions on beliefnet(pages 17 to 11) over the article, with people of all faiths. u can have a read there as well, to understand this is a common belief among most christians, sadly.

                        Jesus Alone
Salvation cannot be bought except through the blood of Jesus. It doesn't get any clearer than that.

I'm glad you enjoyed the videos. The only thing we can do is our own little part. If each of us spreads the knowledge and spreads good energy, it will slowly change the tide. I think we're headed towards a spiritual and mental revolution. People will reach a breaking point.

                          Peace,
                          Tay

I am not Christian, I received that indoctrination, I don't carry any label of any belief. Anyway, what I was giving you is a summary of how is the doctrine, not my view.
I don't get that of the blood of Christ. Christianity has a lot of groups.

                              information is key

Just watched outfoxed. It was interesting, but I've never been a a fan of FoxNews anyway.

All information is correct to the best of my knowledge only and thus should not be taken as a fact. One should always seek knowledge and verify for themselves when possible: 17:36, 20:114, 35:28, 49:6, 58:11.
