Children raised by animals

Hi everyone
I saw a video about children raised by animals yesterday. These children have an animal behavior they don't speak, they feed and behave like the animals they have been raised by http//www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-503736/Werewolf-boy--snarls-bites--run-police-escaping-Moscow-clinic.html
I was wondering how Allah swt will judge chldren like him? And doesn't the language come from Him? Do this child have a soul? Questions like this whuch disturb me. Thanks for your advices

It is not known the end result for certain of anything, but what is known is the origin of everything and that is Allah, and the end result will be whatever Allah decides to make anyone experience. These children in my opinion are innocent of any wrongdoing. If Allah makes their experience good or bad is Allah's power and command only. As for us, we should treat them well and help them as much as possible, as I would categorize them along with other people who are mentally deficient. The Qur'an says

Do not entrust your property to the feeble-minded. God has made it a means of support for you make provision for them from it, clothe them, and address them kindly.They are not to be left un-cared for or on their own, but must be supported and dealt with kindly.

But I still ask myself questions about the nafs, which should be automatically present in human beings, as well as the ruh -
