Did you really have to post that, I find it quite disturbing. I recognise that face, maybe while watching the news; iraq? possibly.

Actually it is Iran...and i decided to post it because it just about sums up the world of mullah inspired Islam....from the kissing...to the boys in the background holding up the photo of their ''holyman'' eagerly awaiting his blessing

                  Peace,

That is a picture of Baqir Al-Hakim.

He is an Iraqi exile who was based out of Iran for I believe the last 20 years or so...He came back to Iraq in 2003 with the US tanks and Iranian backing...

He was blown away in a massive car bomb in Kerbala or Najaf sometime in 2003 if I recall.

Please be carefull not to accuse a man for what he havent done...dont you know from the experience that photos may decieve...depending of angle of taking the photos and similar...cultural customs and standards of what is appropriate and what means what may vary as well

see chapter 24.... people should be careful with such accusations.....

                    best wishes

                        Photo montage?

                        Sounds like denial to me.
Yes, it might be cultural in some countries. But look at those kids behind the mullah eagerly waiting their turn to be blessed by this guy, holding photos of him like a god. That's disturbing!

These photos are not doctored. They are real. Yes, people will get different messages from this based on their cultural background.

I personally find it revolting. That's just my culture.

Sounds to me like he got what was coming for him anyways... more to come in the hereafter.

Well it's true the picture may well be ''doctored''...but any Iranian Shiite seeing this image will not be offended....why?...because it is customary for the Mullah to kiss in such a manner...i should know because i used to work in a Iranian Shiite School and i witnessed this with my very own eyes...besides the boys holding the photos behind are definately not faking it...this is very much a shiite custom also....and by the way i have neighbours who are Shiite and when i showed them the image they were not offended at all....for them it was quite 'normal'........i just wonder Zlatain if the ones being kissed were girls woud you have rsponded the same way?

Mind you in Sudan amongst the Sufiyaa Shuyuuk the followers semi-prostrate while kissing the Shaiks hand...this is a ''normal'' greeting within their community

I might be wrong but I dont think he is kissing them into mouth but in the chins......its just that this picture making it seems like he is kissing them in the lips or mouth...and its duration was maybe less than a second but when frosen by a photos in the manner like this it may seem like an act...he is an older man maybe he wasnt able to target the chin precisely or missed the traget in the hurry

whatever, i am of opinion one should not consider this as a sexual offence....SEE that chapter 24 its very very dangerous to accuse without witnesses( and this photo surely isnt a witness)

                                best wishes
