What is more logical and practical?

Peace runninglikezebras.
I was asking a question?
I was not defining or implying any"worship" of any kind, even though worship has many meanings!
Now does GOD require anyone to kill for Him? That is another question you need to ponder!
By the way GOD does not "order/instruct" anyone to kill for Him, He does not advocate/order/instruct sin
728
They commit a gross sin, then say, "We found our parents doing this, and God has commanded us to do it." Say, "God never advocates sin. Are you saying about God what you do not know?"Of course you do not need me to remind you what GOD commands/advocate/instructs...
729
Say, "My Lord advocates justice, and to stand devoted to Him alone at every place of worship. You shall devote your service/worship absolutely to Him alone. Just as He initiated you, you will ultimately go back to Him."Beware, many believe that they are guided and are doing good works/committed,yet....
730
Some He guided, while others are committed to straying. They have taken the devils as their masters, instead of God, yet they believe that they are guided.GOD bless you.

Peace.You don't understand. See http//corpus.quran.com/wordbyword.jsp?chapter=37&verse=102
It's not a command to kill. It's referring to the trial of Abraham. But thanks for calling me misguided, you must be Allah knowing who is guided and who is not. What is wrong with people's reading skills on this forum? Is Abraham one of the misguided?
God didn't test Abraham by measuring his piety in the sense of how much he worshipped God, but by testing how much he was committed to God. And committed Abraham was.

Please do not take my general comments as "personal".
I was commenting in general terms.
I do not know your thoughts/intentions... I would not make a comment about you .
Sorry if you thought I did.
Brother, try and take my posts as comments/discussion about Qoran and its message. Nothing personal to anyone.
Thank you.
GOD bless you.

On topic Abraham was asked to sacrifice one of his sons. Musa killed a man and was forgiven. So I don't understand your comment at all.

Peace runninglikezebras.
Abraham saw in a dream, Moses was trying to defend someone. None of them were "asked" to kill.
GOD bless you.

I don't think that was a dream but a vision from God. Instructing Abraham to do so. This can you can know from the fact that God confirms it as his trial for Abraham.
Indeed, ACC ? accusative particle
(371062)
hdh
this DEM ? masculine singular demonstrative pronoun(371063)
lahuwa
(was) surely EMPH ? emphatic prefix lm
PRON ? 3rd person masculine singular personal pronoun(371064)
l-balu
the trial N ? nominative masculine noun(371065)
l-mubnu
clear.Musa most did so on his own initiative but was forgiven for it. Just to illustrate you can't just equal murder with "sin" or being "unguided".
More proof? http//corpus.quran.com/wordbyword.jsp?chapter=2&verse=191#(21911) Oppression is worse than killing

Good logic, perseverance is the only way to knowledge and hence the truth.
There is not a deity at all. A concept of deity implies an entity which has to have a separate existence. This is the concept used by religious institutes to mislead humans into worship of imaginary gods.
However, Quranic concept of this universe is as unified "one whole", which Quran calls concept of Rabb, the foundation of all. Everything is part of this one whole. Therefore, humans are called "Abdulallhi", Rabb's bondsmen. This can?t be a correct concept unless it was one whole to being with.
Quran is a paradigm changer book. Its concepts demolish all religions no exceptions. It can create a human society based upon bondsmenship without divisions.

Thank you for your reply.

1-Would you agree that Abraham saw in a dream... i.e GOD did not ask/order/command/instruct...
2- GOD confirmed it was a trial. We are tried by various means including.our ego.others,a dream...
3- GOD saved Abraham from carrying out his dream.
4- Notice how GOD has not asked Abraham to do anything. Abraham decided by himself /assumed /believed his dream... GOD was not involved to start with, GOD was not even mentioned in that verse about seeing the dream. GOD did the rescue bit for Abraham because he was a true devoted servant.
GOD bless.

- Dream yes, still an instruction from God (aka vision)
- Sure but God tested Abraham by trial of a command to sacrifice his son.
- Yes. God says he fulfilled the vision/dream.
- He did command Abraham, see 1. The dream was from God, if the trial was from God, so was the dream.
But I'm sure you are unable to see things like this. It doesn't matter.

Peace runninglike zebras.
We are going off topic here.
1-How can a dream be an instruction from GOD? Where does it say dreams are instructions from GOD?
Qoran evidence is required!2- GOD does not test anyone by asking them to break the commandments.Again you are assuming GOD was testing Abraham. The verse simply says Abraham saw in a dream!!!! It seems Abraham thought GOD was testing him. There is a big difference.
Once more, GOD does not advocate sin.
Please open a new thread if you wish to carry on with this conversation.
GOD bless you.

No thanks. Let's just drop it here and say you have an interpretation of Abrahams trial that one will only find with (ex-)sectarians.

bravo bravo bravo
This has been discussed multiple times on this forum.
My personal opinion The dream was a channeling from the NEGATIVE 5th DENSITY ENTITIES (shayateen of jinn) from the Orion Constellation and a POSITIVE WAHI prevented Abraham from committing a murder.
6112 And as such, we have permitted the enemies of every prophet - shayateen of mankind and jinn - to inspire each other with fancy words in order to deceive. Had your lord willed, they would not have done it. You shall disregard them and their fabrications.
Peace
