What does God say about you know, about cosmetic surgery, tattoos and the rest?
I apologize for my laziness, it's 0310 hrs and I am very sleepy otherwise I would find and quote the verses.
I am pretty sure that somewhere in the Quran it says that Satan will order men to change the creation of God. So, my
Understanding would be that you can't get tattooss, piercings or any other procedure thats not for medical reasons.What do others think?

I do know which verse you are talking about. Its the sectarians who started using it against cosmetic surgery and tattoo.4119 And surely I will lead them astray, and surely I will arouse desires in them, and surely I will command them and they will cut the cattle's ears, and surely I will command them and they will change Allah's creation. Whoso chooseth Satan for a patron instead of Allah is verily a loser and his loss is manifest.
There is a problem with the translation of "change Allah's creation" Brother Joseph had a good explanation about it
In my humble opinion, the verse itself carries the explanation.
The 'change of creation' (falayughayyirunna khalqa) implied are those done with false desires in the name of false religion.
This is supported by the example given in the verse which is of slitting the ears of the cattle which is more likely an attempt to deface a creation of God for an unwarranted religious purpose. Some even killed their children in the name of religion (6137).

"And thus their associates have made fair seeming to most of the polytheists the killing of their children, that they may cause them to perish and obscure for them their religion (dinahum); and if God had pleased, they would not have done it, therefore leave them and that which they invent"Unwarranted superstitious practices were not only an ancient undertaking, but can also be seen in a number of religions today in a variety of guises. Some even change God's creation in the name of Islam without warrant. Female genital mutilation (FGM) is one such example.
Verse 4119 that you have kindly cited is not a reference to corrective surgery, or changes which benefit humans such as sister Hope suggested.
Discussions such as gender change is a moot topic (i.e. one which is debatable) and would need to be considered carefully in light of intention, medical necessity, psychological reasons and a whole host of other important deliberations. Of course, if one just wants to change their gender on account of a mere whim and without any serious warrant, then this is arguably not within the spirit of the Quran's teachings or Islam.

nice i remember that verse i have the yusef ali quran it's "deface the fair nature"
slitting the ear is like branding or marking them like our cows can graze together but mine are the ones with slit ears or my name branded on them.
i say if it's to mark them off as your cattle your placing your mark on them, like it your tattoo said ranch property then that would affect your life and the fair nature you once had, even on a women a tattoo would deface her she could be treated differently and end up in sin just because stereotypes and superstitions following the marking.
