Can you recommend a good quran translation?

I liked the Reformist Translation of the Quran. However, I found the english to be...uninspiring. Is there any other such translation that is in simple, fluid english? I'm not entirely concerned with accuracy as long as the message is preserved; I actually believe that trying to translate the Quran accurately , word by word, would be counter productive as other opportunities to present the same idea with english terms and phrases would be more conductive.
If anyone has completed their own translations, they would be welcome as well.

I think the translation of Muhammad Asad, Muhammad Ali and Abdel Haleem are in simple, fluid english. The translations of the above-mentioned translators are excellent, in my opinion. The message by Muhammad Asad and Quran A reformist translation by Edip Yuksel, Layth Saleh al-Shaiban and Martha Schulte, are probably two of the best translations of the Quran. I mostly read and use these translations these days. I recommend reading the post below.
