Why is the final t written with t' in the first case, and with t' marbtah in the other?
He seems to have not noticed visually that the first is in construct and definite not carrying tanween, while the next is with tanween.

Here again his eyes miserably failed him to notice the difference of indefinite and definiteness. First is indefinite, second is definite.
