Why do we use so much mental and physical energy to try to stay alive for a couple of years more. If the life in the hereafter is better and infinite?
I mean you cant even compare something infinite to something finite. Why do we even care what car we drive or what house we have or what clothes we wear?

Consequently due to this fact everything that makes a person succesfull in this world are materialistic. We should avoid those things because they just make us more attached to this temporary station. So every person that is considered as succesfull by the mass like Pele, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs,Elon Tusk are not automatically succesfull for the God, right ? Because isnt ones life on earth is given for test? So there might be people that the society considers as failures because they are homeless or jobless or the didn't achieve anything earthly but they might have been really succesfull in the eyes of Gods requirements of succes right?

QURAN 3372 Sahih International Indeed, we offered the Trust to the heavens and the earth and the mountains, and they declined to bear it and feared it; but man bear it. Indeed, he was unjust and ignorant.

Why by taking this test on this earth, God says that man was unjust and ignorant ?
    What did happen?

QURAN 3869 I had no knowledge of the High Council when they were disputing.

Who are the High Council and what were were they disputing?

    Peace

We are all here for something..
At least that is how I see it..

Why I stay alive here? Because my supposed role here is not done yet..
And I really don't care what car that I / He / She drive, house, clothes..
Although I uses those objects for my daily life.. all of those objects are here fur purpose too..

And I don't think we should think negatively about it or avoid them.. because they're merely objects.. my view of them are neutral.. as any object are..

Because everyone has a role, thus I think Pele, Bill Gates and all those fore mentioned names are successful.
Although none of the men are dead yet, thus I think they also still have role to play.

For example Pele is considered as a succesfull person for his Football skills. A sport that has two opposing teams which tries to dominated the other.
But if the Quran says that humans were created to woship god? And to test as to see who is best in his/hers deeds?
Is HE really succesfull? In the eyes of who? People that consider this life as the REAL life? Maybe.

        QURAN 5720
Know that the life of this world is but amusement and diversion and adornment and boasting to one another and competition in increase of wealth and children - like the example of a rain whose plant growth pleases the tillers; then it dries and you see it turned yellow; then it becomes debris. And in the Hereafter is severe punishment and forgiveness from Allah and approval. And what is the worldly life except the enjoyment of delusion.

The word were to serve God, and given God always get what He will and planned, every events are happening in accordance to God's plan.
Including what happened to Pele etc....
Thus Pele is serving God in his own way..

Why are you bothered with people seeing them as 'successful'?
Was it because people don't see you as being 'successful'?
And people seeing you as 'successful' is important for you?

            Peace be with you,

we understook it because we were foolish, the quran explains, if i recall correctly that mankind is greedy of gain, and covetous, prehaps we desired the rewards of the test, and the trust, but did not properly consider the consequences of doing so, i can certainly see many examples of that in mankind in this life, including myself. we often lack forethought, even with the best of intentions.

in regards to 3869, it sums it up, and i also have no knowledge of it, unless my LORD has willed.

my LORD has been reminding me alot lately of how i constantly take for granted this life, and forget the hereafter, it says as much in the quran, it is hard, but we must devote ourselves completely to GOD, to serve Him, and strive in His cause, there can be no compromise, we must be totaly devoted, we must be willing to sacrafice anything for our LORD, like loyal servants, our living and our death,

'indeed my connection, my rites, my living and my death, are for GOD, LORD of the worlds'

it is hard, may our LORD guide us, and amend our ways, and forgive us, and join us together in paradise with Him.

            Peace be with you.

              Yeah, we did that.

Consequently due to this fact everything that makes a person succesfull in this world are materialistic. We should avoid those things because they just make us more attached to this temporary station.

Hold on there, the success of a human is associated with his brain. It is necessary for humans to use the brain because God despises those who don't use the gift of hearing, seeing and thinking. They are parts of us for a reason. Materialism is bad when the men get obsessed to get it by negative means. Note that Prophet Solomon was a king who prayed for materialistic items. Allah also said that the rich exists because of the well being of a city or country.

So every person that is considered as succesfull by the mass like Pele, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs,Elon Tusk are not automatically succesfull for the God, right ?

No, each of these people had only one thing in mind and that is to improve the world. When they started their journey they thought about only that and the creative ways they could use their knowledge and skills. I have a lot of respect for Elon Musk. This guys is more daring than the rest in making humans' dreams come true. Bill Gates is now quite greedy and Jobs was mostly stealing things from others. He is good marketing guru, but not so much into inventions and innovations.

So there might be people that the society considers as failures because they are homeless or jobless or the didn't achieve anything earthly but they might have been really succesfull in the eyes of Gods requirements of succes right?

I can't speak about all societies, but here in California, government officials think about the homeless all day long. The jobless people are also helped as much as possible. The ultimate goal is to not let anyone be a failure because that would mean the society itself failing. To me worldly lifestyle includes doing acrobats, food worship, musical cubic game and all the things that give nothing to move the world forward.

It is true. As long as we perceive them as tools they are okay. When we use them to claim status or have vain indulgence of any kind then it is when we are on the wrong track.

It is easy to see when if we learn to know what is driven by Homo sapiens' instinct. Making things more efficient is simply a show of wisdom and intelligence, so not necessarily an instinctive trait. How we do and how we act shows how susceptible one is to the phenomenon called "satan".

A car is a machine and manufactured to take you from point A to B according to your needs (as you right now drag along with a body) and extra "horse powers" are usually vanity except when towing something heavy (increasing your needs). Yet many people buy a car to show their ability to acquire such item. Same with a cellular device, how many do not buy the latest ones just to have what others have without having any need. A device multiple years old is still good enough for the average user. Many use only a fragment of its maximum potential.

The same is true for many things. We buy brand clothes for no other reason than them being branded. Often "no label" (or unknown label) are just as sturdy. Clothes are manufactured to cover the body and protect it from a varying degree of damage depending on activity and environment as well as simultaneously allow heat dissipation, and if wished it can also prevent a beholder of the cloth-user from instinctual activation, i.e. "sexual arousal" which can be beneficial in a group of people who wish to abstain from this world to a maximum and then it is a courtesy of the user. This is why nuns wear full body clothing as the female body is perceived as involuntarily provoking arousing feelings in men and the female body sometimes even being attractive to females themselves. It is in its origin NOT a religious dogmatic innovation and there is a valid reason with fully covered people. But its use should NEVER be compulsory.

Does my world seem too black and white? No I was just reasoning without any added emotions or need of primitive instinctive uses for the body's purpose.

What about style? Well, even the creator of the animals had artistic proficiency, so this is not really the issue.

                Be well
                Amenuel
