What is the meaning of the word "shahid"? What other words from the same root mean?
Can we be shahidoon for something we haven't experienced? Can we say "Eshedu en la ilahe illallah"? Can we say "Eshedu enne Muhammeden er-resulallahi"? Are we talking lies with these words, as munafiqoon from the surah Munafiqoon?
Allah's bless and selam.
