    Greetings and Peace, all group
    I disagree with parts of the article. For instance, a believer need not pronounce anything over food before consuming it--they should remember the Almighty.

    It depends on what a person means by "halal." If food is labeled halal, there are certain expectations. Although food of "People of the Book" is expressly allowed, I can't think of a single traditional Muslim who would accept kosher wine as being halal. The acceptability of alcohol is discussed at length in other threads.

    Anything not expressly disallowed is allowed. Halal means "not disallowed." Meat of pig is disallowed (under ordinary circumstances), but bones are separate from meat. Bones are often used in gelatin. Fat is not meat either. Insects, such as are used in common food colorings are not disallowed. Enzymes from animals that were not slaughtered traditionally that are used in cheeses are not disallowed. This frees up all manner of hardships. I'd neither have issue with zabiha chicken nor chicken from a supermarket. I might be willing to pay a little extra to do business with a small business or for superior product, but that's about it.

    According to the Old Testament, shellfish are abominations. According to the Qur'an, shellfish are edible. Since the Qur'an is enough for a believer, I'll have to stick with the Qur'an on this one.

    3512 Nor are the two seas the same. One is fresh and palatable, good to drink, while the other is salty and bitter. And from each of them you eat tender meat, and you extract jewelry to wear. And you see the ships sailing through them, seeking His provisions; and perhaps you may be thankful.

    The dietary rules are pretty simple and easy to apply. Simple is good; think about the people of Moses (peace upon all Prophets). We shouldn't be like these people.

    267 And Moses said to his people "GOD orders you to slaughter a heifer." They said "Do you mock us?" He said "I seek refuge with GOD that I not be of the ignorant ones."

    268 They said "Call upon your Lord for us that He may clarify which it is." He said "He says it is a heifer neither too old nor too young, an age between that. So now do as you are commanded."

    269 They said "Call upon your Lord for us that He may clarify what color it is." He said "He says it is a yellow heifer with a strong color, pleasing to those who see it."

    270 They said "Call upon your Lord for us that He may clarify which one it is, for the heifers all look alike to us and we will, GOD willing, be guided."

    271 He said "He says it is a heifer which was never subjugated to plough the land, or water the crops, free from any blemish." They said "Now you have come with the truth." And they slaughtered it, though they had nearly not done so.

    One thing to be careful of is food that is blessed in any name other than any of the beautiful names/the Almighty. If someone says "in Jesus' name we pray" I have to decline the food. I can accept food if someone were to say "in Jesus' name I pray."

    2267 For every nation We have established rites which they are to fulfill. So do not let the matter fall into dispute. And call upon your Lord, for you are on a guidance which is straight.

    ALLAH knows best.

    peace

    Shellfish "haraam" according to the Torah? And "halaal" according to the Quran?

    Can you elaborate on that with the specific verses from the Torah and the Quran?

      How can the Books of God be corrupt? It's that thought which is corrupt!

      The Quran clarifies a lot, and it is a Guidance and a Light. So did the Gospel, the Psalms and the Torah.

      Your opinion about the Scriptures does not make them corrupt. Your desires do not make them corrupt. Your false doctrines which you spread in name of them does not make them corrupt.

      And it's an honour to be able to follow the footsteps of the Messiah, son of Mary which is called Jesus. And it's an treasure to be able to obey the word of God which is called the Gospel which also means the good news.

      Dude to be honest I haven't read the older scriptures. However, which Gospel? Which book? Authorized by King James? What about the differences between them?

      Let's say they're perfect, you believe you should be one with Christ and he's your saviour...your avatar had the cross and a fake picture of jesus carrying it around. Dude, you remind me of my friends, too blind to open their minds and think alittle.

      Now back to the topic, A Submitter showed you the verse, what is your explanation?

        Now back to the topic, A Submitter showed you the verse, what is your explanation?

        Good to be honest, may the Lord save you because of your honesty.

        An English translation of the Gospel - Matthew 77 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you 8 ?For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.?

        So seek o brother!

        And lets read this quranic verse to give answer to your question An English translation of the Quran - 547 And let the people of the Gospel judge with what God has sent down in it. And whoever does not judge with what God has sent down, then these are the wicked.

        So already in the lifetime there should be an Gospel. Because otherwise how could the believers now and then let the people of the Gospel judge with a Gospel if you follow others which tell you that there isn't.

        And again, we read here An English translation of the Quran - 355 For God said "O Jesus, I will terminate your life, and raise you to Me, and cleanse you of those who have rejected, and make those who have followed you above those who have rejected until the Day of Resurrection. Then to Me is your return, all of you,so I will judge between you in what it was that you disputed."

        Until the Day of Resurrection there will be those who followed Jesus, son of Mary, the Messiah, and our Lord will make them above those who rejected!

        But there is more said to us, but to give an answer Read from Matthew until Revelations in the Bible. The Apostles helped Jesus, son of Mary, the Messiah.

        Matthew was an apostle, so was Mark, Luke and John, and Paul, Peter, and others of the twelve.

        The point is, the Gospel is translated so much, that people think there exist different versions. But the fact is, that the Gospel is the most translated document in the history.

        To clarify about the King James translation, it's said that it's a good English translation. But it's just a translation. There is no second or third Gospel.

        I don't care about what you say now about me, and i hope you will understand soon what the Gospel said. But you said, to blind to open my mind? Look at this verse

        An English translation of the Gospel - Matthew 73 ?And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye??

        How should i open my mind for rejecting and denying the word of God, but yet you think of yourself that yours is opened while you reject and deny the word of God?

            Sure! )

            2173 He has only forbidden for you carrion, and blood, and the meat of pig, and what was dedicated with to other than GOD. Whoever finds himself forced out of need, without seeking disobedience or transgression, then there is no sin upon him. GOD is Forgiving, Merciful.

            53 Forbidden for you is carrion, and blood, and the meat of pig, and what was sacrificed to other than GOD, and that which has been strangled, and that which has been bludgeoned, and that which has fallen from a height, and that which has been gored, and that which a wild animal has savaged-unless it was slaughtered while it still lived, and what has been slaughtered on altars, and what you divide through arrows of chance. This is all vile. Today the rejecters have given up from your system, so do not be concerned by them, but be concerned by Me. Today I have perfected your system for you, and completed My blessings upon you, and I have approved submission as the system for you. So, whoever is forced by severe hunger and not seeking sin, then GOD is Forgiving, Merciful.

            596 Permissible for you is the catch of the sea, to eat it as enjoyment for you and for those who travel; and forbidden for you is the catch of the land as long as you are under restriction; and be aware of GOD to whom you will be gathered.

            6145 Say "I do not find in what is inspired to me to be forbidden for any eater to eat except that it be carrion, or running blood, or the meat of pig-for it is foul-or what has become vile by being dedicated to other than GOD." But whoever is forced to, without seeking disobedience or transgression, then your Lord is Forgiving, Merciful.

              Your "only" quotations, is the translation correct because why do you quote only? And right in the verse below it that you presented it said in your translation that also that which has fallen from a height, and which has been gored and that which an wild animal has savaged-unless it was slaughtered while it still lived, and what has been slaughtered on altars, and what you divide through arrows of chance is also not permissible. So check your translation, and stop having a double standard.

              596 Permissible for you is the catch of the sea, to eat it as enjoyment for you and for those who travel; and forbidden for you is the catch of the land as long as you are under restriction; and be aware of GOD to whom you will be gathered.

              Where does 596 tell you to ignore the rules about the catch of the sea in the Torah? And do you even yourself follow 596 when it tells you to not eat the catch of the land if you are under restriction?

              Anyways, thank you for sharing the Torah. How ironic, you don't believe in it, but yet you use it. All praise due to God, Lord of the Worlds.

              An English translation of the Gospel - "It is easier for heaven and earth to disappear than for the least stroke of a pen to drop out of the Torah". (Luke 1617)

              Do we, then, nullify the Torah by this faith? Not at all! Rather, we uphold the Torah. (Romans 331)

              We know that the Torah is good if one uses it properly. We also know that Torah is made not for the righteous but for the ones without Torah. (1 Timothy 18,9)

              But the man who looks intently into the perfect Torah that gives freedom, and continue to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it - he will be blessed in what he does. (James 125)

              "Do not think that I (Yeshua) have come to abolish the Torah or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Torah until everything is accomplished". (Matthew 517,1

              And again this is what i read in the Quran - 1117 For those who are on a clarity from their Lord, and are followed by a testimony from Him; and before it was the Book of Moses, a beacon and a mercy; they will believe in it. And whoever rejects it from among the Confederates, then the Fire is his meeting place. So do not be in any doubt about it. It is the truth from your Lord, but most of the people do not believe.

              So why are you inviting me to the Fire while i am inviting you to Guidance and Light, a beacon and a mercy?

                An English translation of the Quran - 33 He sent down to you the Book with the truth, authenticating what is between his hands; and He sent down the Torah and the Gospel.

                An English translation of the Quran - 348 And He teaches him the Book and the Wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel.

                An English translation of the Quran - 546 And We sent in their footsteps Jesus, son of Mary, authenticating what was present with him of the Torah. And We gave him the Gospel, in it is a guidance and a light, and authenticating what was present with him of the Torah, and a guidance and a lesson for the righteous.

                An English translation of the Quran - 547 And let the people of the Gospel judge with what God has sent down in it. And whoever does not judge with what God has sent down, then these are the wicked.

                An English translation of the Quran - 566 And if they had upheld the Torah and the Gospel, and what was sent down to them from their Lord, they would have been rewarded from above them and from beneath their feet. From among them is a pious nation, but most of them only do evil.

                An English translation of the Quran - 568 Say "O people of the Book, you are not upon anything until you uphold the Torah and the Gospel and what was sent down to you from your Lord." And for many of them, what was sent down to you from your Lord will only increase them in transgression and rejection. So do not feel sorry for the rejecting people.

                An English translation of the Quran - 7157 "Those who follow the Gentile messenger prophet whom they find written for them in the Torah and the Gospel; he orders them to kindness, and prohibits them from vice, and he makes lawful for them the good things, and he makes unlawful for them the evil things, and he removes their burden and the shackles that are upon them. So those who believe in him, and support him, and help him persevere, and follow the light that was sent down with him; these are the successful ones."

                An English translation of the Quran - 9111 God has purchased from the believers their very lives and their wealth, that they will have the Paradise; they fight in the cause of God so they kill and are killed; a promise that is true upon Him in the Torah and the Gospel and the Qur'an. And whoever fulfills this pledge with God, then have good news of the pledge which you are concluded with. Such is the great triumph.

                An English translation of the Quran - 4829 Mohammed is the messenger of God, and those who are with him are severe against the rejecters, but merciful between themselves. You see them kneeling and prostrating, they seek the blessings and approval of God. Their distinction is in their faces, as a result of prostrating. Such is their example in the Torah. And their example in the Gospel is like a plant which shoots out and becomes strong and thick and it stands straight on its trunk, pleasing to the farmers. That He may enrage the rejecters with them. God promises those among them who believe and do good works a forgiveness and a great reward.

                An English translation of the Quran - 355 For God said "O Jesus, I will terminate your life, and raise you to Me, and cleanse you of those who have rejected, and make those who have followed you above those who have rejected until the Day of Resurrection. Then to Me is your return, all of you,so I will judge between you in what it was that you disputed."

                An English translation of the Quran - 4163 We have inspired you as We have inspired Noah and the prophets after him. We inspired Abraham, and Ishmael, and Isaac, and Jacob, and the Patriarchs, and Jesus, and Job, and Jonah, and Aaron, and Solomon; and We have given David the Psalms.

                An English translation of the Quran - 384 Say "We believe in God and what was sent down to us and what was sent down to Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and the Patriarchs, and what was given to Moses and Jesus and the prophets from their Lord. We do not make a distinction between any of them, and to Him we submit."

                An English translation of the Quran - 2285 The messenger believes in what was sent down to him from his Lord; and the believers, all who believe in God, and His angels, and His Books, and His messengers "We do not make a distinction between any of His messengers;" and they said "We hear and obey, forgive us our Lord, and to you is our destiny."

                An English translation of the Quran - 2946 And do not argue with the people of the Book except in that which is better; except for those who are wicked among them; and say "We believe in what was revealed to us and in what was revealed to you, and our god and your god is the same; to Him we submit."

                    And what is the point?

                    My point was that the Gospels are incompatible with the doctrine taught by the sectarian interpretation of Quran. The concept Jesus teaches according to them does not get along with it.

                      You do a very good job in ignoring the Quran and the Gospel.

                      Now it's my turn to do a good job in ignoring you.

                          Greetings and Peace, all group

                          @Adam the Warner The Bible as we know it has been corrupted. While it contains some truth, it also contains falsehoods. It is up to you what you choose to embrace.

                          2267 For every nation We have established rites which they are to fulfill. So do not let the matter fall into dispute. And call upon your Lord, for you are on a guidance which is straight.

                          If you want to follow other rites, that is your business. Why would anyone want to possibly follow "other" guidance if we are already correctly guided?

                          Here are some examples of corruption, two from the chapter that claims that shellfish are abominations/unclean.

                          Leviticus 116 And the hare, because he cheweth the cud , but divideth not the hoof; he is unclean unto you.

                          Rabbits and hares don't chew cud.

                          Leviticus 1113 And these are they which ye shall have in abomination among the fowls ; they shall not be eaten, they are an abomination the eagle, and the ossifrage, and the ospray,
                          1114 And the vulture, and the kite after his kind;
                          1115 Every raven after his kind;
                          1116 And the owl, and the night hawk, and the cuckow, and the hawk after his kind,
                          1117 And the little owl, and the cormorant, and the great owl,
                          1118 And the swan, and the pelican, and the gier eagle,
                          1119 And the stork, the heron after her kind, and the lapwing, and the bat.

                          Bats aren't birds.

                          The Qur'an authenticates what is true and dispels falsehood. It claims to be enough for a believer, clear, complete, without contradiction, protected by the Almighty, and explained in detail. The Bible has no such claims or guarantees and can be demonstrated to have errors. By following the Qur'an, one is also following what is true of the Bible, and by faithfully following the example of any Prophet (peace on them all) one follows the example of all Prophets.

                          Feel free to read through all the problems in the Bible, but be fair and read the purported explanations also.

                            You sound like those people who try to disprove the Arabic Quran with an English translation. Dude, go learn Hebrew and see if you will be able to disprove the Torah. You are just playing.

                            An English translation of the Quran - 1117 For those who are on a clarity from their Lord, and are followed by a testimony from Him; and before it was the Book of Moses, a beacon and a mercy; they will believe in it. And whoever rejects it from among the Confederates, then the Fire is his meeting place. So do not be in any doubt about it. It is the truth from your Lord, but most of the people do not believe.

                            Here it's called a beacon and a mercy, and a clarity and a testimony, the truth from the Lord. But Abdul-Hadi calls it corrupted.

                            An English translation of the Quran - 33 He sent down to you the Book with the truth, authenticating what is between his hands; and He sent down the Torah and the Gospel.

                            Here God said that He sent down the Torah and the Gospel, but yet Abdul-Hadi wants to tell others that the word of God is corrupt.

                            An English translation of the Quran - 159 Indeed it is We who have sent down the Reminder, and indeed it is We who will preserve it.

                            We read here that the Reminder will be preserved. The Torah is surely a great Reminder of the Book!

                            An English translation of the Gospel - Matthew 518 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

                            What do we read here, the Messiah preached that till heaven and earth will pas, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the Torah, till all be fulfilled. But yet Abdul-Hadi wants to convince me that the word of God is corrupt.

                            An English translation of the Quran - 546 Subsequent to them, we sent Jesus, the son of Mary, confirming the previous scripture, the Torah. We gave him the Gospel, containing guidance and light, and confirming the previous scriptures, the Torah, and augmenting its guidance and light, and to enlighten the righteous.,

                            Jesus, son of Mary confirming the Torah, i don't know how much thousands of years after the Revelation of it. Again, it's called a guidance and a light. But Abdul-Hadi tells others that it's corrupt.

                            An English translation of the Quran - 544 We have sent down the Torah, containing guidance and light. Ruling in accordance with it were the Jewish prophets, as well as the rabbis and the priests, as dictated to them in GOD's scripture, and as witnessed by them. Therefore, do not reverence human beings; you shall reverence Me instead. And do not trade away My revelations for a cheap price. Those who do not rule in accordance with GOD's revelations are the disbelievers.,

                            The Torah is a guidance and a light, God's scripture. Abdul-Hadi wants to disprove the Torah with English translations and links of people who wrote articles about it.

                            An English translation of the Quran - 547 And let the people of the Gospel judge with what God has sent down in it. And whoever does not judge with what God has sent down, then these are the wicked.

                            Oh, and if you are going to start about the Gospel, then at least let the people of the Gospel judge with it if you sincerely believe and follow the Quran.

                            Go learn Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek. Read the original Torah, Psalms and Gospel. That's better for you. And stay away from people who try to convince you that the word of God is corrupt. It's the doctrines that can be corrupt, but not the word itself.

                              Oh and next time, we can talk in Hebrew if you want. This will prove how much you know of the Torah.

                              Really, trying to disprove an Hebrew Scripture with an English translation is just low. This shows how sincere you are. You didn't even both to read the original verses.

                              Oh and i do not wish to talk with my desires. Above are plenty of verses that you can read. Because if you won't even listen to the word of God, then why should i even try to talk with you, i am not your idol.

                                You do a very good job in ignoring the Quran and the Gospel.

                                Now it's my turn to do a good job in ignoring you.

                                I am ignoring what? Your copy-pasted verses irrelevant to what I was saying?

                                Feel free to ignore though, that is up to you. I am also ignoring people from right to left these days. People can be tiresome at times and I understand you.

                                However, if you feel like replying you can explain how you can motivate that the Biblical Gospels can be considered guidance from the perspective of the sectarian interpretation of Quran? There is much to reconcile.

                                  The point is, if you ignore and reject the whole of the Gospel, Psalms and Torah then what does it matter if i do? If the word of God can't guide you, because you reject and ignore it, then who am i to guide you? I myself am in need of the guidance of our Lord also. So may the Lord guide you, and may the Lord guide me. He alone can guide.

                                  From the perspective of the sectarian interpretation of the Quran? Are you kidding me? So it's me who is an sectarian now? Well good, then good luck with your interpretation. Why would you ask anyways for an "sectarian" interpretation and reject the Gospel?

                                  Anyways, don't stand in my way. It's not the first, second or third time that i talked with you about this subject. And who can convince you if you do not even accept the Word?

                                  Again An English translation of the Quran - 547 And let the people of the Gospel judge with what God has sent down in it. And whoever does not judge with what God has sent down, then these are the wicked.

                                  So let me judge with the Gospel.

                                  An English translation of the Gospel - Luke 44 ?And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.?

                                  An English translation of the Quran - 355 Thus, GOD said, "O Jesus, I am terminating your life, raising you to Me, and ridding you of the disbelievers. I will exalt those who follow you above those who disbelieve, till the Day of Resurrection. Then to Me is the ultimate destiny of all of you, then I will judge among you regarding your disputes.,

                                  I could spend my time better in learning Hebrew, Aramaic, Greek and Arabic to study the Torah, Psalms, Gospel and Quran instead of convincing someone who rejects, ignores, disbelieves the word and promotes this disbelief.

                                    An English translation of the Quran

                                    33 He sent down to you the Book with the truth, authenticating what is between his hands; and He sent down the Torah and the Gospel.

                                    348 And He teaches him the Book and the Wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel.

                                    365 "O people of the Book, why do you debate with us regarding Abraham when the Torah and the Gospel were not sent down except after him? Do you not comprehend?"

                                    546 And We sent in their footsteps Jesus, son of Mary, authenticating what was present with him of the Torah. And We gave him the Gospel, in it is a guidance and a light, and authenticating what was present with him of the Torah, and a guidance and a lesson for the righteous.

                                    547 And let the people of the Gospel judge with what God has sent down in it. And whoever does not judge with what God has sent down, then these are the wicked.

                                    566 And if they had upheld the Torah and the Gospel, and what was sent down to them from their Lord, they would have been rewarded from above them and from beneath their feet. From among them is a pious nation, but most of them only do evil.

                                    5110 God said "O Jesus, son of Mary, recall My blessings upon you and your mother, that I supported you with the Holy Spirit; you spoke to the people in the cradle and middle-age; and I taught you the Book and the wisdom, and the Torah, and the Gospel; and you would create from clay the shape of a bird, then blow into it and it becomes a bird with My permission; and you would heal the blind and the leaper with My permission; and you would bring out the dead with My permission. And I have restrained the Children of Israel from you, that you came to them with proofs; but those who rejected among them said 'This is clearly magic!'"

                                    7157 "Those who follow the Gentile messenger prophet whom they find written for them in the Torah and the Gospel; he orders them to kindness, and prohibits them from vice, and he makes lawful for them the good things, and he makes unlawful for them the evil things, and he removes their burden and the shackles that are upon them. So those who believe in him, and support him, and help him persevere, and follow the light that was sent down with him; these are the successful ones."

                                    9111 God has purchased from the believers their very lives and their wealth, that they will have the Paradise; they fight in the cause of God so they kill and are killed; a promise that is true upon Him in the Torah and the Gospel and the Qur'an. And whoever fulfills this pledge with God, then have good news of the pledge which you are concluded with. Such is the great triumph.

                                    4829 Mohammed is the messenger of God, and those who are with him are severe against the rejecters, but merciful between themselves.

                                    5727 Then We sent in their tracks Our messengers. And We sent Jesus, son of Mary, and We gave him the Gospel, and We ordained in the hearts of his followers kindness and mercy. But they invented Monasticism which We never decreed for them. They wanted to please God, but they did not observe it the way it should have been observed. Consequently, We gave those who believed among them their recompense, while many of them were wicked.

                                    All these verses, but still you reject. I can't help you, all i do is sharing verses. Why don't you study the Gospel itself and what it said about itself.

                                    An English translation of the Gospel

                                    Matthew 423 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.

                                    Matthew 935 And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.

                                    Matthew 115 The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them.

                                    Matthew 2414 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

                                    Matthew 2613 Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, there shall also this, that this woman hath done, be told for a memorial of her.

                                    Mark 11 The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God;

                                    Mark 114 Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,

                                    Mark 115 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand repent ye, and believe the gospel.

                                    Mark 835 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it.

                                    Mark 1029 And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's,

                                    Mark 1310 And the gospel must first be published among all nations.

                                    Mark 149 Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached throughout the whole world, this also that she hath done shall be spoken of for a memorial of her.

                                    Mark 1615 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

                                    Luke 418 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

                                    Luke 722 Then Jesus answering said unto them, Go your way, and tell John what things ye have seen and heard; how that the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, to the poor the gospel is preached.

                                    Luke 96 And they departed, and went through the towns, preaching the gospel, and healing every where.

                                    Luke 201 And it came to pass, that on one of those days, as he taught the people in the temple, and preached the gospel, the chief priests and the scribes came upon him with the elders,

                                    Acts 825 And they, when they had testified and preached the word of the Lord, returned to Jerusalem, and preached the gospel in many villages of the Samaritans.

                                    Acts 147 And there they preached the gospel.

                                    Acts 1421 And when they had preached the gospel to that city, and had taught many, they returned again to Lystra, and to Iconium, and Antioch,

                                    Acts 157 And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe.

                                    Acts 1610 And after he had seen the vision, immediately we endeavoured to go into Macedonia, assuredly gathering that the Lord had called us for to preach the gospel unto them.

                                    Acts 2024 But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.

                                    Romans 11 Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God,

                                    Romans 19 For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers;

                                    Romans 115 So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.

                                    Romans 116 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

                                    Romans 216 In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.

                                    Romans 1015 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

                                    Romans 1016 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?

                                    Romans 1128 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes.

                                    Romans 1516 That I should be the minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering up of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Ghost.

                                    Romans 1519 Through mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem, and round about unto Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ.

                                    Romans 1520 Yea, so have I strived to preach the gospel, not where Christ was named, lest I should build upon another man's foundation

                                    Romans 1529 And I am sure that, when I come unto you, I shall come in the fulness of the blessing of the gospel of Christ.

                                    Romans 1625 Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,

                                    1 Corinthians 117 For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.

                                    1 Corinthians 415 For though ye have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.

                                    1 Corinthians 912 If others be partakers of this power over you, are not we rather? Nevertheless we have not used this power; but suffer all things, lest we should hinder the gospel of Christ.

                                    1 Corinthians 914 Even so hath the Lord ordained that they which preach the gospel should live of the gospel.

                                    1 Corinthians 916 For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!

                                    1 Corinthians 917 For if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward but if against my will, a dispensation of the gospel is committed unto me.

                                    1 Corinthians 918 What is my reward then? Verily that, when I preach the gospel, I may make the gospel of Christ without charge, that I abuse not my power in the gospel.

                                    1 Corinthians 923 And this I do for the gospel's sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you.

                                    1 Corinthians 151 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;

                                    2 Corinthians 212 Furthermore, when I came to Troas to preach Christ's gospel, and a door was opened unto me of the Lord,

                                    2 Corinthians 43 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost

                                    2 Corinthians 44 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

                                    2 Corinthians 818 And we have sent with him the brother, whose praise is in the gospel throughout all the churches;

                                    2 Corinthians 913 Whiles by the experiment of this ministration they glorify God for your professed subjection unto the gospel of Christ, and for your liberal distribution unto them, and unto all men;

                                    2 Corinthians 1014 For we stretch not ourselves beyond our measure, as though we reached not unto you for we are come as far as to you also in preaching the gospel of Christ

                                    2 Corinthians 1016 To preach the gospel in the regions beyond you, and not to boast in another man's line of things made ready to our hand.

                                    2 Corinthians 114 For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.

                                    2 Corinthians 117 Have I committed an offence in abasing myself that ye might be exalted, because I have preached to you the gospel of God freely?

                                    Galatians 16 I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel

                                    Galatians 17 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.

                                    Galatians 18 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

                                    Galatians 19 As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

                                    Galatians 111 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.

                                    Galatians 22 And I went up by revelation, and communicated unto them that gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately to them which were of reputation, lest by any means I should run, or had run, in vain.

                                    Galatians 25 To whom we gave place by subjection, no, not for an hour; that the truth of the gospel might continue with you.

                                    Galatians 27 But contrariwise, when they saw that the gospel of the uncircumcision was committed unto me, as the gospel of the circumcision was unto Peter;

                                    Galatians 214 But when I saw that they walked not uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said unto Peter before them all, If thou, being a Jew, livest after the manner of Gentiles, and not as do the Jews, why compellest thou the Gentiles to live as do the Jews?

                                    Galatians 38 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.

                                    Galatians 413 Ye know how through infirmity of the flesh I preached the gospel unto you at the first.

                                    Ephesians 113 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

                                    Ephesians 36 That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel

                                    Ephesians 615 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

                                    Ephesians 619 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,

                                    Philippians 15 For your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now;

                                    Philippians 17 Even as it is meet for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart; inasmuch as both in my bonds, and in the defence and confirmation of the gospel, ye all are partakers of my grace.

                                    Philippians 112 But I would ye should understand, brethren, that the things which happened unto me have fallen out rather unto the furtherance of the gospel;

                                    Philippians 117 But the other of love, knowing that I am set for the defence of the gospel.

                                    Philippians 127 Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;

                                    Philippians 222 But ye know the proof of him, that, as a son with the father, he hath served with me in the gospel.

                                    Philippians 43 And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life.

                                    Philippians 415 Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only.

                                    Colossians 15 For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel;

                                    Colossians 123 If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;

                                    1 Thessalonians 15 For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake.

                                    1 Thessalonians 22 But even after that we had suffered before, and were shamefully entreated, as ye know, at Philippi, we were bold in our God to speak unto you the gospel of God with much contention.

                                    1 Thessalonians 24 But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not as pleasing men, but God, which trieth our hearts.

                                    1 Thessalonians 28 So being affectionately desirous of you, we were willing to have imparted unto you, not the gospel of God only, but also our own souls, because ye were dear unto us.

                                    1 Thessalonians 29 For ye remember, brethren, our labour and travail for labouring night and day, because we would not be chargeable unto any of you, we preached unto you the gospel of God.

                                    1 Thessalonians 32 And sent Timotheus, our brother, and minister of God, and our fellowlabourer in the gospel of Christ, to establish you, and to comfort you concerning your faith

                                    2 Thessalonians 18 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ

                                    2 Thessalonians 214 Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

                                    1 Timothy 111 According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust.

                                    2 Timothy 18 Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God;

                                    2 Timothy 110 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel

                                    2 Timothy 28 Remember that Jesus Christ of the seed of David was raised from the dead according to my gospel

                                    Philemon 113 Whom I would have retained with me, that in thy stead he might have ministered unto me in the bonds of the gospel

                                    Hebrews 42 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.

                                    1 Peter 112 Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.

                                    1 Peter 125 But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.

                                    1 Peter 46 For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit.

                                    1 Peter 417 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

                                    Revelation 146 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,

                                      But you cannot reconcile the sectarian interpretation of Quran with the Biblical Gospels.

                                      Jesus' adversaries fabricated the Islam sect in opposition to Jesus' teachings and twisting what he taught. Their interpretation is what you have in your hands and it is obviously incompatible with the Biblical Gospels because those are the true words of Jesus, such as "I am in the Father and the Father is in me". The Biblical Gospels approve strongly with association in God while the sectarian interpretation of Quran opposes it strongly. They are utterly incompatible thus.

                                          And no reason to parrot me myriad verses from the Gospels as I know them by heart already. The Gospels are my favorite of Abrahamic writings still available in somewhat their original form except that the Greek is a sometimes poor translation from the Syriac Aramaic sayings of Jesus.

                                          No quarrel with Greek as a language though, it is a blend between two worlds. Greek is a key into discovering the ancient form of Semitic languages lost through linguistic decay and twisting.

                                          And I also think that we lack proper understanding of the ancient Greek too, even native Greeks, which might have been having different connotations in the past. It is therefore good with people interested in linguistics such as Virginia.
