I'd be more concerned about being a dictator than about what to do with homosexuals. &

I'd cease issuing marriage licenses by the state and make all future licences civil unions instead. Consenting adults of any sexual orientation could receive a civil union. It would be up to individual citizens (if they so desired) to marry according to their beliefs at an institution of their choice. Civil unions would be recognized at all levels of government as official and binding.

Polygamy would be legal.

Prostitution would be legal.

Fornication would be legal.

Violating a marriage or civil union would be a criminal and civil offense.

Rape or forcible sodomy would at a minimum result in permanent exile. Child molestation would be punishable by death.

Other than that, not much that I can think of at this time. I'd legalize many things that are currently illegal or restricted. Activities that threaten public safety or undermine society would be dealt with severely. It is a waste of public resources to criminalize some offenses. ALLAH is sufficient as a Judge.

For those who don't repent and marry a person of the opposite genre I would apply the specific verse of the Quran where it is said all the homo people will be condemned along with non believers and many others because being a good, correct and right human being is not the rule for Justice in my country, that comes in second place
For those who repent they will have to submit a happy hetero family selfie pic to the authorities every 15 days to prove their amedment.

you are the owner of this thread so i just share a proverb what i remember...

we will discuss it further too..

this proverb address to common man of society let say a farmer/labour
he dont know how politics works and how it should be dealt with politics so when he represent his feelings most of the times it is wrong as this field is strange for him..

once i was watching a mechanic is trying to fit something in the car and it seems easy to fix it but he was struggling in it , i try to help him and was giving him advices how to deal it.. in the end he said ok you do it...
i could not do it even after using all my advices/efforts, then he again try to fix it and finally fix it...

so i think whatever rules we all will set out of emotions it will not work even in the case of homo.. look one example of brother hadi.. he make everything allowed like adultery prositution , and he declare a punishment of child molster of death penalty , even in this particular case my feelings are in line with him to punish him as hard as i can , but again inthe end all affairs are addressed to God so we should not challange God or make our own rules that comes accross with the teaching of Law , islamic or non islamic whatsoever..

so i think we all forum members have no right to talk about punishments and politics .. the policy makers are there .. and they know what suits them,, as we know we are not politician/senators..

in uk the policy makers made homosex allowed , if you implement this same rule in any islamic state it will cause transgression and God dnt like transgressors and trouble makers... two different views in two different socities so their leaders knows how to deal with things... let them do their work

and the effective part of this proverb is ...

even if we talk about politics its useless , becoz we have no powers to change or amend anything by our wish . we are not in that position to make our views implement on society... so again we will come to conclusion...

I cannot understand why you are so concerned about this. We live in a corrupting environment and no one can change that. Let the gays be and focus on something which matters. Gays you will always have with you even if you kill a hundred there will be another hundred. If you forbid homosexuality they will still continue to be it in disguise.

So focus on your own development and do not trespass on the Commandments just because someone else does. It is a sin to seek to defeat and it is a sin to be angry with someone. Just let it go. They know your opinion alright. Say what you know is right and end at that.
