My native language is not Arabic. When Ipray should I recite the Quran in Arabic?

Thus the God will be pleased? (And not angry)
Because we do the ritual and invocation in the exact manner as He told His worshiper to do?
The objective of why we're living in this world is so we can do the worshiping ritual to please Him.Wait wait so now the prayer is a "ritual" ? I thought prayer the contact/contact-prayer we make with God is for our own good...it helps us rise above this world for a while and remember The Creator and speak to Him.
Recite what is inspired to you of the Book and hold the contact prayer, for the contact prayer prohibits immorality and vice; but certainly the remembrance of God is the greatest. God knows everything you do. 29-45

Peace Noon.
You have got it wrong again, read my post again. I was not endorsing anything!!!!
So your quote
Now, promise that you'll never to bring this up again without also posting above?
Simply irrelevant for me
Did you only see numbers or did you read the rest of my post?I will summarise my post again for you here
I was saying there are different understanding of how many daily prayers Qoran instructs according to different groups. ( 0,2,3 and 5),then added some even have coded ones!!!!Brother, it is a pity you are using your talent in useless numerology.
For me I checked Qoran interlock and moved on to follow its message. That is the most important task for us.
GOD bless you.

Im still not 100 sure what Salat is. By now im trying to pray the 5 dailily Salats. And during the Salat I recite the Surahs from the Quran.
Is it the right way? Should I recite something which I do not understand of ?
Peace
Life is too long to learn a single language
we spent about 15 years learning to complete our graduation then why cant we spend just six moths to learn a language in which the mighty ALLAH subahnavatal has communicated us
i presume ,you don't know Tamil .suppose you are forced to work in my place ,Tamilnadu .will you not learn Tamil .learn the language and enjoy the true bliss of praying .till then it is okay .but learn it .just one language for yourself .
Necessity is the mother of invention .
i want to make a note of my personal experience .my mother is now completely paralytic .she cannot walk, talk or even eat .but i presume her mind must be working .just imagine our self in that stage .if we have memorized the entire Quran .then we can revise it in our mind .
so my agenda of life is very simple ,
i want master one language and i want to memorize one book in my life -
Salam,
Some of God's attributes are; the Encompassing, Knower of the seen and the unseen, the Knowledgeable, Aware of all things, the Hearer etc etc.
Nothing is hidden from God, everything you say and do he hears and sees (He is the Hearer, the Seer).
You can pray in Arabic if you like, but it is important that you understand what you say. Many sectarians that don't understand Arabic but pray in Arabic don't understand what they are saying; and they do so because a spread lie that "one must pray in Arabic or God won't accept." rotfl rotfl rotfl rotfl
You get the point...Nothing is hidden from God. Pray in whatever language you like. I pray in English because I don't understand Arabic and there isn't any Quran in Swedish without sectarian influence, so English was the only available.
Salam

one need to understand this thing... language barrier is just for human being he can fluent up max five languages...
but God is the creator of everything... he even knows what is going on in our thoughts...
a famous saying by the poet from east,
God did not require a verbal praise , even the one who is unable to speak (dumb/deaf) can pray/ask/worship God
but the purpose of contact prayer is to connect with God thinking and representing yourself that you are at advance level of submisson so as soon a mistake happen from you first thing people point out look at this a fake prayer... what he is doing, a hypocrate.. etc etc..
one need to understand a difference between muslim and momin for unnderstanding this... submittor vs beleiver
peace..
and yeh contact prayers although got some set of rules its better to follow them as per scripture... and one can also say/pray/contact/praise to God in its native language .. -
Wait wait so now the prayer is a "ritual" ?
For most, it is... which drive the need to do the rites 100% correct... language, mantra, dressing, movement, orientation, timing etc..
Life is too long to learn a single language
we spent about 15 years learning to complete our graduation then why cant we spend just six moths to learn a language in which the mighty ALLAH subahnavatal has communicated usTo be honest, as of now, Allah hasn't spoke to me in Arabic...
Many sectarians that don't understand Arabic but pray in Arabic don't understand what they are saying; and they do so because a spread lie that "one must pray in Arabic or God won't accept." rotfl rotfl rotfl rotfl
Exactly...
Even, Moses Jesus David Solomon. all of them pray to Allah in Arabic... look in the Quran as evidence..but God is the creator of everything... he even knows what is going on in our thoughts...
a famous saying by the poet from east,

This is the best quote on praying according to me...
And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need even before you ask Him.
-- Matt 6 -
On prayer, and places of prayer;
"
you need no lip or tounge for praying, But rather do you need a wilent, wakeful heart, a Master-Wish, a Master-Thought, and above all, a Master-Will that neither doubts nor hesitates, For words are of no avail except the heart be present and awake in every syllable. And when the heart is present and awake, the tounge had better go to sleep, or hide behind sealed lips.
Nor have you any need of temples to pray in.
Whoever cannot find a temple in his heart, the same can never find his heart in any temple.
"- the book of Mirdad - M.N
pray with purity of heart, and of sincerity of action, let your whole life become your prayer, and every breath your connection to God.
Untill then, pray however you see fit, follow the quran to the best of your ability, in a language that you understand, and regardless of language, seek Gods understanding above all else, pray however you see fit, but if you only utter one word in prayer, let it be amen.
peace be with you

i still wonder i always speak with God in my mother tounge(punjabi) , even the national tounge(urdu) and official tounge(english) are always stick with me from schools to exams and from office to home ,, but i always ask/speak with my God in punjabi and i feel easy while doing it..
interestingly when i was kid my elders dnt like that i talk with them in punjabi... and my teachers wanted everybody speak in english as much as they can... or if u cant speak in english then only language allowed in school was national langiage but if somebody speaks in punjabi the punisment announced... rotfl even it was a local language.. but even at that time i always ask things from God in punjabi... same is the situation with faith.. real faith is always inside you...
the system of God is very easy to understand but the system of man made religion is rather tough to follow,

God did not revealed a Book in one vernacular and in one geographical area. Otherwise the Quran;1404 is redundant

Salat (the ritual) is you communicating with god so you need to understand what you are saying, you don't have to recite Quraan when you perform salat at all..
And please if you don't understand what salat is don't do it because it is something commonly known, this is very dangerous..
