Walahu man fee alssamawati waal-ardi kullun lahu qanitoona
And to Him (belongs) whoever (is) in the heavens and the earth. All to Him (are) obedient.

If ALL are obedient to Allah, then what happen to the limited freewill given by Allah to humans where they could choose to disbelieve.

      Peace Nonetheless.

To GOD we all return. Everything belongs to GOD. In that sense ,even those with "limited free will" they will go back to Him.
In other words , all are/will be obedient to Him in the end. The "limited free will "is for a limited period.
      GOD bless you.
      Peace.

Peace, not obedient (disobedience would be a contradiction); see usage when they were suggesting equals.

2116 and say they of has taken the god waladan/offspring of (a child) majesty his rather for him what in the heavens and the land each for him qnitna/subordinate (i.e. lesser/humbled) being

Perhaps ''subservient' may be a better word than 'obedient'.

What about the words within the root QNT in the Quran, should we use 'subservient'?

Regardless, the ultimate is the fate of humans is within the Will of Allah.

i also try to express my feelings about limited freewill of human being..

that was quite long post from me..

years ago when i was kid , my understanding of free will was different...

when i study articles of free choice here , again my understanding change..

but from last few days i feel there is something more.. what we have no knowledge yet..becoz things in practical life and compared to the rest of the human beings around us .. my understandings of things not simply working...

i realised my mistake.. actually our topics regarding freewill is the outcomes of free will... (not freewill itself)

for understanding the outcomes of freewill ... we better understand freewill first..
well i m still in the first step.. are we really in control of selecting choices...?(freewill)

sometimes we cant even select choices what we want to select.. results/outcomes are second stage .. even first stage started the way God wanted..(like shape, place, parents, atmosphere)

from the first breath , to the last .. we are only able to select the choice , what is also a choice of god and we think its we who made that choice...

infact its God and with respect to this , the ayat you posted make sense..

everything belong to him at first place...

if somebody want to kill somebody, he cant use his freewill untill its a will of God too
if somebody want to select a choice for time and space he cant select it, untill its a will of God too

now coming back to the point what make lot of us understand where is the purpose/test/task then if we re not able to select the freewill...

here our real confusion start becoz nobody really care about this part.. which is in my view a root of everything linked to freewill/choice

i think. God already planned everything as per destiny .. (taqdeer)
like sun motion is set for predetermined time..
our birth, places, life, and everything was already there like a box..

we accept it or not its our path already..

a rich how hard he try to become poor, he cant becoz thats what his box of life..
same apply wiith poor ... how hard he try to make himself rich he cant , his box of life is poorty..

whatever we have or dnt have ... our test/task is to do good , and replace evil with good in any time/space/condition..

one need to understand his role ,its very important. unfortunately i realise my roles in the end of times when a new role is waiting for me at different time /space..

if somebody want to share their thoughts i started a thread where i try to explain the roles of life..

Peace - it's difficult word in English see below usage closest is to consider oneself lowly as all are lowly/subordinate to the god and on free will we only have choice in "attitude" to agree/disagree with events which in-itself formulates our destiny in real-time i.e. "now" to quote poet John Milton ? 'The mind is its own place, and in itself can make a heaven of hell, a hell of heaven.'

                    <details snipped>

                    Thanks and Peace.

                    I agree with the above.
Noted QNT is presented in various perspectives.

                    In the case of 3026 as presented in your post;

                    • And it is said in the Kur , i. e. All are obedient unto Him but the meaning here is, that the beings in heaven are created by the will of God, and that none of them can alter the form in which it is created; the obedience here spoken of being obedience to the will , not the obedience of religious service; some of them being obedient , and others being disobedient. (L, TA.) the proper signification of is The performer of the command of God. (L, TA.)

                    •

As mentioned above 3026 is similar to 2116

                    • 2116. ... ... Nay, but whatsoever is in the heaven and the earth, His. All are subservient unto Him.

                    •

                    I agree as per your highlighted;

                    • - Also He lowered, humbled, or submitted, himself to God. (IAar, O, K.) 8 He was, or became, tractable, or submissive. (TA.) A woman lowly, humble, or submissive, and obedient ."

                    •

I believe the term 'subservient' is a reasonable term to represent the above passage.

                    • Subservient =
                    prepared to obey others unquestioningly.
"she was subservient to her parents"

synonyms submissive, deferential, compliant, obedient, dutiful, biddable, docile, passive, unassertive, subdued, downtrodden; informalunder someone's thumb
                    "subservient women"

                    less important; subordinate.
"he expected her career to become subservient to his"

synonyms subordinate, secondary, subsidiary, peripheral, ancillary, auxiliary, less important
"individual rights are subservient to the interests of the state"

                    •

The most important principle for semantic purposes is to see whether some words are elided in the sentence. Arabic is a pro-drop language.

The subject of the sentence in absolute state. This word is always in construct state (possessive phrase). Its Tanwin is the indicator of elision of its second possessive noun.

It is prepositional phrase relating to the predicate; and its object pronoun is referent for Allah the Exalted, the Creator of physical realm.

It is the predicate. The subject pronoun is referent to the objects that are subject of the sentence,

Each one of the objects is in humble attendance exclusively for Him the Exalted.

Those with real freedom are asked to become humble
