58:21 Include 'Conquer' ;Prevail', 'Victors', etc. ?

I was going through Chapter 58 and noted the following;

Kataba Allahu laaghlibanna ana warusulee inna Allaha qawiyyun AAazeezun
Allah has decreed, "Surely, I and My Messengers." Indeed, Allah (is) All-Strong, All-Mighty.Most of the English Translations has the additional 'Conquer' ;Prevail', 'Victors', etc. ?
• Muhammad Asad God has thus ordained ?I shall most certainly prevail, I and My apostles!? Verily, God is powerful, almighty!
M. M. Pickthall Allah hath decreed Lo! I verily shall conquer, I and My messengers. Lo! Allah is Strong, Almighty.
Shakir Allah has written down I will most certainly prevail, I and My messengers; surely Allah is Strong, Mighty.
Yusuf Ali (Saudi Rev. 1985) Allah has decreed "It is I and My messengers who must prevail" For Allah is One full of strength, able to enforce His Will.

An ordinance set by Allah and a dictum He pronounced authoritatively " I- Allah-along with My Messengers shall be emblematic of the final victory of all truth". Great is truth and it shall prevail; Allah is Qawiyun (Omnipotent) and Azizun .
(2011 Edition) God has decreed "I and My messengers will be the victors." God is Powerful, Noble.
Abdel Haleem God has written, ?I shall most certainly win, I and My messengers.? God is powerful and almighty.
Abdul Majid Daryabadi Allah hath prescribed surely shall overcome, and My apostles. Verily Allah is strong, Mighty.

The word by word translation do not have those bolded above.
I have read the other English translations [another 20+) and they all have something like the bolded terms above.
I wonder did I miss something very obvious?
What is your view, should those terms bolded be added to the verse?

Better translate the words that are there not the words that aren't /

actually we are talking about bold part ,
thats what he was looking for.. possible meanings like prevail/overcome/takeover/winners/victors etc
