I mean websites like islamQA, islam.org, ummah.com many other they all have such unfair, misogynistic, somewhat violent and fanatic things in them. giveup giveup giveup whatever
and these are usually what pops up first wen someone googles islam. ive noticed that these websites use hadith alot. esp islamqa, makes such unfair and misogynistic rulings on rape, women, polygny, marriage , divorce are all based on "hadith".
these scare me '( '( '( '(. i dont understand why muslims rely on these. >

There is a lot of garbage and noise everywhere. In islamophobia, in inmitrant fobia, queerfobia, anything. It is so easy today to merely insult people and have it reach the end of the world... Who would not give in to that, and which power hungry minigod would not use it to make himself feel powerfu?
We must not get distracted by noise. Goodness is nto noise, God is not noise. Let us keep to fundamental elements and not throw our time and effort to the devil. Of course we get angre because of so much indignity and injustice. But we nust not get trapped in something frustrating. When we go though life we hsould feel tht indeed we have travelled distance, not that we are always anchored inthe same noise.
So yes, there is so much stupidity, meanness pettyissues... No use getting distrcted by them nor getting trapped in them. If we meet people ready to listen to reason, so good, let us take the trouble to do our best to explain our reasons, if not, better to go on our way.
