What next? Putting GOD somewhere between Ganghi and Hitler on the spectrum of behaviour?
What does GOD gain from punishing ?
Just look at these meanings of that word-malevolent- and ponder it
"Wishing harm/evil to others,ill-disposed,malicious,spiteful..."
All I can say is "Astaghfiru Allah Wa Subhana Allah"
