Peace,
Of course I can but that does not change the fact that 12111 does not contain the word Quran peace
welcomeI am not sure whether you're the OP or not as the first post is blank...
However what difference does it make whether the word is there or not in this specific case?

Peace, HP_TECH
I am not sure whether you're the OP or not as the first post is blank...
I noticed, maybe sis baitachal regreted posting it, I just saw Amra94's quote
However what difference does it make whether the word is there or not in this specific case?
It depends on your understanding, I guess. I cant find any verse stating that Quran = Kitab, only verses stating that Quran confirms AlKitab. Please correct me if I am wrong
peaceSo having as granted that this verse 12111 is referring to Quran when the closest "Quran" word occurrence is at 123 (I think), it is kind of a rush for me and could led to misunderstanding. Of course everyone will have his own understanding and context application peace
In any case, "Quran" does not appear in 12111 and I find the parentheses thing in translations quite misleading.

Very well then this is that which Allah has guided me to of the knowledge.
Do you know what cross referencing is?
Do you know what Allah says about the Kitab, which guides me to studiousness unlike many others who follow their desires?

- mathani dual or oft-repeated
- mutashbihan (its parts) resembling each other
It's believing firmly in Allah's Words, having knowledge of The Book by repeatedly reading it, becoming familiar with expressions as "it is a confirmation of what was before it", and applying the resembling parts notion that led me to sense that 12111 did not need to have the word Quran.
First and foremost due to context again The Quran itself is the confirmation of what was before it, I am sure you've read this before.
Secondly oft-repeated dual resembling parts. There are tons of them in the Quran like these...1037
And not is this the Quran, that (it could be) produced by other than Allah, but (it is) a confirmation (of that) which (was) before it and a detailed explanation (of) the Book, (there is) no doubt in it, from (the) Lord (of) the worlds.12111
Verily, (there) is in their stories a lesson for men (of) understanding. Not (it) is a narration invented, but a confirmation (of that) which (was) before it and a detailed explanation (of) all things, and a guidance and mercy for a people who believe.peace

From reading the whole of Qur'an and the occurences of kitaab and Qur'an it seems clear that kitaab are all the revelations made to mankind which cntain guidance for it. Also more particularly the prescriptions contained in those revelations.
From the dialogue of God with the Prophet through whom the Qur'an has been transmitted to mankind and what the Qur'an itself says, the Qur'an is the final (not necessarily the last) revelation whereby to check any other revelation, previous or not. Whater does nto match the Qur'an should not be taken as such revelation nor be applied. As to older reelations, what the Qur'an confirms should be alid, what it does not is no imposable on believers.
If it confirm previous revelations, it means, that what it does nto confirms is not part of those revelations, or should not be part of a permanent revelation.
In that sense, indeed, the Qur'an is complete, in the sense that there is nothing outside it that we should be compelled, as believers, to follow or hold as permanent truth.

And We have given you seven that are dual, and the great Qur'an.
3923
3923 God has sent down the best narrative, a Book that is similar, dual. The skins of those who are concerned towards their Lord shiver from it, then their skins and their hearts soften up to the remembrance of God. Such is the guidance of God; He guides with it whoever He wills. And for whoever God misguides, then none can guide him.
Quran is here only in case you suppose it is.
Salaamun,
I agree.

What do you mean? And can your claim be backed up with ayyatin from your Lord?
Peace HP_TECH,

This Qur'an could not have been produced without God; it is to affirm what is between his hands, and to give details of the Book in which there is no doubt, from the Lord of the worlds.
I suggest you read brother mmkhan's post

peace all,
121 ALR, these are the signs of the clarifying Book. ====>A
261-2 T'SM.these are the signs of the clarifying Book. ====>B
in this set A=B (equation 1)
151 ALR, these are the signs of the Book, and a clear Qur'an.=====>AB
271 T'S, these are the signs of the Qur'an and a clear Book.=====>BA
in this set AB=BA (equation 2)
i feel (equation 1) = (equation 2)
hence
kitab+ alkitab = quran
quran = kitab +alkitabso LHS=RHS it indicate no difference between alkitab and quran..
the second thing is if quran is separate from alkitab then what is alkitab?
in my humble view alkitab is the laws of God from adam till today
and quran is the attested copy of these laws ..
the same laws what people changed it for cheap priceseven in this theory alkitab need quran as a verification source..
i read the article of brother mmkhan i did not understand what he trying to say?
but from my weak understanding i think he is trying to say alquran and alkitab are two different things
BTW what is the purpose of understanding alkitab if we cant access it ? or we dnt know where to get alkitab from?
even if we agree on above then quran is the thing what is also required by alkitab for authentication itself.. so if we have quran we dnt required alkitab isnt it?
but on the other hand if we have alkitab we still need quran to understand alkitab?
so why making this confusion i feel quran is enough for everything
