Abram Vs Abraham

In looking at some videos, it was highlighted that the Quran uses two spellings for the Prophet Abraham.
"Abram/Ibrahm" in all of Chapter/Sura 2.
"Araham/Ibraheem" in all the remaining Chapters/Suras.
It is amazing none of us had ever noticed this before, but it is remarkably in-line with the story of Abram/Abraham from the Torah
3 At this, Abram fell face down on the ground. Then God said to him, 4 ?This is my covenant with you I will make you the father of a multitude of nations! 5 What?s more, I am changing your name. It will no longer be Abram. Instead, you will be called Abraham, for you will be the father of many nations. 6 I will make you extremely fruitful. Your descendants will become many nations, and kings will be among them! (Genisis 173-6)

Can you be more specific brother Layth and confirm that what you mean is the spelling of the word in Qoran;
One is"(Surah 2)The others are
Do you mean the difference is the "ya"- -
Because in reading they both sound exactly the same?

I have checked every single appearance and as statd by Good logic, I have found Ibrahim, with ya or kasra in the "him" but nothing like Abram.
I have never seen a mention of Abram as Ibrahim in all my years of dealing with the Qur'an, so indeed it surprises me that he should have two names.

You know now that you mention it, there was some Quran Only muslim says that Ibrahim (Abraham) is actually a nation of beleivers. Maybe there is two types of Abraham? One is the human prophet Abraham & the other is Nation of Abram, a nation of beleivers. But i could mistaken.

Indeed, the difference is the missing letter "ya" which does not occur in any of Sura 2, but then occurs in every other Sura.
The eye easily easily misses the different writings of this name.

My concern with that comparison is a small detail.
Abram and Abraham according to the bible was the before and after names.
In Surah 2 it seems the name is addressing Abraham after the change. So I am not sure the comparison with the bible makes sense?
As for the difference in spelling,you are right,there is a difference.

In all above verses you can see a " " is written on top of Ibraheem. SO I guess it is different Arabic writing but question is why two different styles in the same copy of Quran.
I think the oldest copy of Quran as posted by Noon should be taken as correct and it shows ibraheem
