Ive read in many places that a chaste person cannot marry a fornicator, unless they repent. Seems simple enough but i cant seem to understand where people are getting this "unless they repent" clause from. I have noticed in the Quran that God points out that repentance will get your sins forgiven. However for this verse, it does not mention repentance. So does that mean a fornicator cannot marry a non fornicator under any circumstances?
Disclaimer I'm fairly new to studying the Quran, so forgive me if i am missing something obvious. -

No, he /she can marry a non fornicator a chaste polythiest
If you fornicated you get license from god to marry a polythiest.
But if you fall in love with a chaste believer and want to marry her /him then commit fornication with her/him.
Simple logic .. good logicBTW you can marry anyone you wish it's your choice you can marry a chaste human don't let a book decide for you who to marry.

The person committing "zina" becomes a "mushrik" (follower of one's own wishes or someone else, instead of God's commands) hence he/she should connect with people of their own kind and leave, peaceful and law abiding people, alone.

interestingly system/law impose restriction on something which is very important for species
the process of giving birth to a new humanbeing is something creator created with twist
its like a situation when you are hungry and your favourite dish appears in front of you and you are restricted by chef to eat it untill you follow certain rules and regulation
other way round the only day when plantey of fishes comes to sea was day of sabbath and it was a restriction not to catch them on that day confused
when you stop the SUPPLY then you must have to stop the DEMAND for making better economy system

How do we know that applies to fornicators? From my understanding what you quoted refers to God's forgiveness. I don't think that necessarily applies to a fornicator getting permission to marry a fornicator.
