How many so called muslims, whether Quranists or otherwise aren't really mushriks when it comes to marriage and sexual relations of which they make two worlds apart marriage is one thing, sex is another, they have nothing to do with each other?
Where does God say so in the truthful Qur'an? People who believe that according to 24.3 are mushriks, they choose their own concepts over God's concepts. Since they find it useful to separate sex from "marriage" they go ahead and then expect everything to turn out so that their expectations are met.
Sex is marriage, and when it is not marriage it is zina, shirk my concept, my convenience over God's law.
It is the same as when someone fints it useful to murder or do away with anybody one person or millions of persons who do not fit in their scheme of things, they do away with them and then find a religious, or political or emotional reasont to do so. In fact those are ways of escaping that they consider or treat themselves as having a right to set their own laws over Go's laws.
There are only two ways with sex, marriage or zina, and it has nothing to do with witnesses or papers, although these may have something to do with showing others or society at large that one wants to be considered as married. In spite of papers and witnesses, many "marriages" in fact are forms of zina or shirk, because one is thinking of his or her own convenience and really, really, does nto feel or think that he or she is doing something truthful and according to God's law.
I know nobody is going to take seriously what I have wrriten here, but a really don't care. I am feed up with nonsense and pandering to whims and delusions.

from last few months i start taking this thing seriously you are doing a very good work by upbringing these type of topics most of the times we feel shy talking these things but its a must topic what need to discuss on all levels.
i have one thing to ask if u can share
let say we will follow the different way of interpretation this time the immediate things are like thislet say a couple see eachother
start dating.
start sex/matriage
then after couple or weeks they finished/breakup
so whats there for them to follow on divorce proceduresas they have had sex now its not applied to them to seperate like this
and the above catagory is there is any sin on them if they fullfill the requirements for that relation ?blessing in the name of God

Usually, people do not get forced to sex at gun point.
So to start with, sex is not a toy, it is a deep, too deep it seems, GIFT FROM GOD, for us to go beyond ourselves, not a toy. If we think sex is merely fun, you will have most people going for it, specially in an environment in which having fun, or success with women or boys is a must. People absorb what they have around, if we do not change our concept of sex, turn it into something deep and precious, a gift from God and not a toy, which it obviously is not, nothing will go as you order it to go. Sex when not revered as the divine gift it is will never be ruled by us. Shaytan will rule over us through it.
Sex is not entertainment, no matter how much men resort to prostitution.
So it is not a question of witnesses, oaths and solemnities and details of that kind while we carry on with the same mentality which divorces the person from anything deep of which she or he is not the master, because the master continues to be God. But particularly in sex, men, particularly males, tend to god themselves, create their own universe where everything is arranged for them to have great toys and then force the rest to fall into place, but never, never, let the toys come into question.
Women can be like that too, but harder because for them, sex comes with a price, but with the advances in certain areas of reproduction and seen that the society, male shaped society, will not change for the better on that count, so better to join them than just be their toys.
That is what we have and there is no way that turning it into anything academic and technical, very malewise, is going to change that, that have some more little toys to toy with.
It is a question of life and afterlife, of depth and finality. Sex can redeem when taken as God gave it to us as a great gift to fall into His Mercy, if not, it is our undoing, the undoing of the individuals and the undoing of the societies. It is the beginning of every life and, if not duly respected, it is also the death of every soul.
Can you imagine, people dedicated to turn gold into shit?
How can be that birds and other animals can know so much about it and we can carry on being clowns impersonating knowledgeable persons, scientists, scholars or whatever. Whom are we cheating that is more important to us than ourselves?
'Isa ibnu Maryam, made as birds the figurines of mud... He would have a hard time today and almost at any time in history to find anybody who would like to leave the mud and become birds, flying beyond with pure hearts, minds and bodies at God's mercy...
No wonder according to Christian imaginary that he was crucified. Nobody wants what he had to offer. Nobody liked it when it is supposed to have happenned and nobody likes it now.
