Al-Quran where a sentence is beginning with a root which has Kasra in the beginning
It is not the beginning of a sentence, but is in the middle of a statement. To consider a word as subject - start of sentence it will always be nominative meaning last vowel will not be accusative or genitive.
It is part of address to a nation by the Messenger in 4028-45 which is one Frame on a specific subject.

@ brother mazhar do u have something like a list of all grammer related things what quran used? i mean grammer of quran (not grammer of arabic).
although we can get it on corpus i have another thing to ask when we see corpus do u see any wrong grammer or parts of speech applied there ?
to b honest i always wanted to get rid of grammer related things in both urdu and english when i was student but somehow i learn it by repeating and memorizing. on other words when i see corpus i rely on the person who set grammer there for quran and obviously he is a human being.
although learning grammer suits to the individual like you who know the rules of grammer thats y its easy for people like you to understand and work on it for research purpose.
for a random person quran works same its easy to understand
example a statement in quran
1God is one
2dont steal
3dnt kill
4do goodin all above four statements one can easily understand whats the message either he knows grammer or not.
but only the person with experty in grammer can tell you what is object, subject of verb, what is noun proper noun and all related things.
his knowledge only telling him the usuage of grammer.
but its better to encourage people on learning grammer one need to carry responsibilty on all ages.its not that people dnt bother to learn it but its a fact gammer appear boring to most of students thats why they dnt make it field of life. same like chemistry but their importance is a well known fact too.
its all about interest lot of people who have poet/writer nature also have interest of improving their language skills by grammer. when i was student i interested in math and physics although lot of my fellows also hate math coz u have to use brain for it lol.
every perosn is exactly doing for what God created them. and they automatically interested in things what God want them to learn

I had edited it before it went up. Kais sent me grammar part of his thesis before submission.
Firstly it is the desire of person, then comes the decision of Allah the Exalted.
Syntax of Grand Qur?n is the simplest because we have only to observe the vowel on the last consonant of a noun. The last vowel reveals the role and function of a noun in the sentence. Nouns having vowel sign , , on their last consonant are termed "nominative- "; those with vowel sign are termed "accusative-", and third case-ending with vowel sign are termed "genitive-".
There are 8 roles that nouns play in sentences when they have case ending , , ?"nominative- ";
There are 12 roles that nouns play in sentences when they have case ending ?"accusative-"; and
There are 2 roles that nouns play in sentences when they have case ending ?"genitive-"
Thus there are only 22 positions for reflecting the role and function a noun performs in sentences and discourse. There are 22 standard amino acids, a start and a stop codon in protein-coded gene translation. In Arabic, there are twenty two declensions of a noun that signify its role in the sentence two genitive, eight nominative, and twelve accusative.
Those who know this know Arabic of Qur'aan. Those who know not, they know only the meanings of individual words.
Qur'an is a unique book. It is written with choice of such words and structures that it meets and satisfies the intellectual level of each reader. Everyone can benefit from it with little interest and effort.
Any book that does not correspond to intellectual level of its audience, it loses its importance and efficacy. Qur'aan is specified as the Grand Book, and is for whole humanity which comprises of varying intellectual levels, from men of ordinary prudence like me to the level of philosophers, scientists, intellectuals. Thereby, it meets all the criteria necessary to call it grand, exalted book.

Dear brother Mazhar! I appreciate your answers to my questions but I am still not satisfied. When I read Al-Quran, it says that "So when you recite the Quran, seek refuge in Allah from Shaitan - the one who speaks without knowledge/who throws meaningless words" . But whenever I see written Quran, almost every surah starts with which is not according to the Quran itself.
When I read Surah Namal I see that the word is not the beginning of the sentence, but is in the middle of a statement. Or you can share an example where a sentence is beginning with (Note still you have not shared example of a sentence which is beginning with preposition)
Indeed it is from Suleiman and indeed it is pleasure of Allah, Al-Rehman, the most merciful that you not be superior above me and come to me peacefully.
Grammar/language experts translate as "in the name of" or "beginning with the name of". Since here is not in the start of a Surah but in the context still it is missing the 'alif' as in .
Again, in 1141 only the compound of two words is used within the context.(Noah) said, "Embark in it. Pleasure of Allah sails it and stops/anchors it. Indeed, My Lord is forgiving and merciful".
Still I do not see an 'alif' here as in .
It is a matter of sight/seeing which would be questioned . I am sure that Allah will not question about my grammar experties/education.
May Allah bless and guide all the truth seekers.Peace!

As per my understanding the word bism is same as the words rizq and ilm , which are nouns/verbal nouns.
Example Compound of two words used in 260 and the compound have the same structure.Peace!

has kasra on letter meem which is only possible grammatically if for example it is preceded by a preposition or a mudhaf construction.
..... ..... 260 has preposition before that is why letter kaaf has a kasra.
So and are not same grammatically.
Question remains to sort out is what means. "In/with the name" is the translation of
as used in the Quran at 961There is a difference between and which is letter alif.

Salam brother Novice!
Is this a hard and fast rule that after a preposition, the 3rd letter of a root word will always have a Kasra? Then what would you say about below example
... ...Here the word does not have a Kasra on letter
Peace!

In my humble understanding yes after a preposition last letter of a noun (not of a root) gets a kasra. Is a noun?

It is a noun for time and place - - -
It collocates with preposition Min, when relates to specific event or thing it is in genitive; when in nominative it covers the preceding timeline.
