How to treat non-believers?

I want to know what different people on the free-minds forum feel is the right approach towards non-believers. What are the freedoms, limitations, controls, or lack of controls, regarding our treatment of them (if we are in majority, or minority).

Please state your view of the 'code of conduct' we must observe. And also rate yourself as 'extremist', 'moderate', or something else.
