How do you pray as a Quranist?

For me, Salat is teaching to constantly remind people to keep the contract of ethics (called the Deen in Qur'an) in a safe state, i.e. remind people that the Deen is a contract of ethics between God and the people, where God keeps the nation safe if people fulfill their share of contract by respecting the ethics.
But 3 times a day is just propaganda, one time a week should be fine.
That's what I believe also and shafi's debate seems to show that people didn't do salat everyday. They had no rakah either.

You're a bit too dogmatic, in that you expect all people who uphold salat to uphold it the same. If you
have a preconceived bias about a specific thing then it clouds your judgement and will not permit you
constructively analyze the matter at hand.
Is performing a salat which includes standing, kneeling and prostrating along with reciting and reading of Quran at prescribed fixed times supported by the Quran?
Yes. Yes it is.
However I do not want to presume that is what you are after perhaps you are strictly referring to traditionalist ritual prayer.
First define what you mean as ritual prayer.
Is the concept of raka your only objection to ritual prayer?
If so then, know that many do not even go by such notions when upholding their daily commitment.
Many people have different ways of upholding salat and many do not include the concept of raka as myself, for example.

salat is not prayer, it is a connection/bonding/tuning into the universal frequency of oneness within/out you. In this meditative state, there is no-mind., no you/identity, no ego, no gender.. only surrender
an euphoric oneness with the unified field of awareness/consciousness that permeates all; thusly giving us access to the pure knowledge/gnosis of the akashic record, and eventually recovery of your long forgotten etheric body and psychic faculties.
