Now you are not answering a logical and very relevant question about your claim.
There is only two answers to my question1- Either the list in 6146 is complete , hence everything not in it is not forbidden and should be halal. Pork,dead animals, blood...etc
2- The list is not complete ,and one cannot say pork is halal unless they have the full list for others to check.
If there is another option please let us have it.
